Spacious and well equipped, even if 4 guests (we were only 2 on this occasion).
Good communication from host.
Really nice feel about the place.
Only a couple of small points really-
Induction hob I simply couldn’t get to work despite feedback from the host (I tried all the pans because some did not appear to be ferrous). Being a Monday arrival at the property we found that the fish and chip shop etc. were all closed and the local pub kitchen was being refurbished.
The double bedroom en-suite bathroom only has a bath and no shower attachment. So unless you have a bath you have to use the other shower room

The shower was great. The flat layout was good. Parking was convenient.
The flat was freezing when we arrived. The toilets were dirty. The duvets had seen better days. There was lots of damp patches particularly in the bathroom. There were stains on the bedroom ceiling. The washing machine cupboard door was broken. The side of the sofa was separating. The key safe was over a drain and we almost dropped the single key ...it was pitch black when we arrived.
