Quiet location. Ease of access and cleaning goods provided. Bathrooms clean .
Big windows in lounge/kitchen needed cleaning. Would have been better if instructions for cooker hob and dishwasher were provided. Duvets a little sparse and thin .

Well located for general travel around North Norfolk, easy to access broads, coast and other areas of interest. The unit itself had all the equipment and utensils required for a short trip. Info provide around access, placed to visit and eat all very welcome
Cleanliness of outside of the unit, yes it is difficult to keep areas clean, but opening windows were an issue due to number of spiders and webs around the windows. Would also be helpful if light (PIR or Solar powered) could be provided at lockbox.

The shower was great. The flat layout was good. Parking was convenient.
The flat was freezing when we arrived. The toilets were dirty. The duvets had seen better days. There was lots of damp patches particularly in the bathroom. There were stains on the bedroom ceiling. The washing machine cupboard door was broken. The side of the sofa was separating. The key safe was over a drain and we almost dropped the single key ...it was pitch black when we arrived.
