A cozy and clean apartment situated on a cobblestone street, in a great location to make the most of old town with a fab

The location is fantastic. Water pressure and hot water good. For a small space really thought through the layout well.

It was ok, but no more

It’s a nice apartment in the old town of Belgrad. Close to the main touristic street, a tram stop, bus station and many sightseeings. There’s everything for living in the flat.

Everything was ok, but there was some slight noise, that disturbed me while sleeping. I didn’t understand, where it came from, either from the hot water heater, or from the water system or from the air-conditioning outside, but I couldn’t sleep well.

Disappointing

The location is perfect, very close to the train station, tram station, and bus stop.

The wifi in my room was not stable. There is a construction site next to the hotel and they start working and making noises from 7am during weekdays. My door was left open after the room was cleaned by their staff.

Sink in WC rinses water too slow, some times gets unnecessarily full. Wifi coverage in the room seems to be not very consistent, I had troubles with using it from the bed, but no problems from the table

It’s small, but has everything you need — comfortable bed, mini-kitchen, shower, washing machine.

Had to turn AC on to keep the apartment warm, that felt a bit noisy in the night.

Exceptional

A very kind host and an apartment with all the facilities (iron, washing machine, kitchen with all the necessary, etc.) and very quiet. An incredible location: a very quiet street in the heart of the city, in the most central area possible, near Patriarchate, next to the citadel, close to the main pedestrian and shopping zone. Across the road are shops for daily shopping. Just 5 minutes away is the bus station, from where there is a direct bus to the airport! It is ideal for both long and short stays.

Мы провели в этой квартире чудесные пять дней и остались очень довольны выбором. — Идеальное расположение: квартира находится в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей центра, при этом дом расположен на тихой и уютной улице, вечером нет шума. Рядом есть несколько остановок транспорта. В окружении много кафе, супермаркет — все необходимое буквально под рукой. — Полная оборудованность: в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни: хороший кондиционер, быстрый Wi-Fi, холодильник и пр. Отдельный огромный плюс — наличие стиральной машины и порошка. — Чистота и уют: в квартире очень чисто, приятный современный ремонт, комфортная кровать и все работает исправно. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Студия довольно компактная. Для нас вдвоем на короткий срок это было абсолютно комфортно, но для longer stays или компании с большим количеством багажа может быть тесновато. Также неудобно готовить, так как кухня совсем крохотная. Также были сложности с получением туристической регистрации из-за отсутствия доступа к электронной системе у хозяина жилья.

Finger weg-Eigentümerin wohnt nebenan und macht einem den Aufenthalt zur Hölle, Küche war defekt

Herd und Kühlschrank defekt, Sehr böse Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern, Die Frau wohnt direkt nebenan ist Rentnerin und man darf nicht falsch atmen. Ganz schlimmer Aufenthalt leider.

Konumu merkezi her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve tesisin sahibi çok ilgili elinden geleni yapmaya çalıştı.

Bence en önemli sorun tesisin sahibinin misafirden önce evi kontrol etmemesi.Temizlik çok zayıf büyük ihtimal temizlik için görevlendirilen kişi veya kişiler misafir çıktığında odayı iyi temizlemiyor,tuvalet ve mutfak eşyaları çok pisti.Ayrıca perde sorunu var mutfak camları açıkta banyodan çıktığınızda özel alanınız direk dışardan görünüyor perde yok yarısı açık.Tesis sahibi kesinlikle ilgili ama uzaktan yönettiği için ilk gecem sorunlu geçti hostel yerine biraz daha iyi olanaklı yere ödeme yapmamın en büyük sebebi yoldan geldiğimde soğuk bir ülkede sıcak duş maalesef bu 1,5 günümü kötü geçirmeme sebep oldu.Bu sorunlara göre ücret fazla oldu.
