Objekt se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji, malo izvan samog centra grada, na 5-10 minuta šetnje do katedrale i jedne od glavnih pješačkih ulica. Apartman je relativno novo uređen i prostran. Sve je bilo vrlo čisto. Upute za ulazak su bile vrlo jasne i domaćin nam je izašao u susret da možemo ostaviti ruksake na dan check-in kako bi mogli slobodno šetati po gradu do leta.
Apartman je na dosta prometnoj ulici pa je razina buke od prometa velika što bi moglo smetati nekome, budući da je soba orijentirana na glavnu ulicu. Svakako preporučam čepiće za uši za spavanje, s njima je u redu. Voda u tušu je često mijenjala temperaturu što je znalo biti frustrirajuće na trenutke. U kuhinji nije bilo ulja, što bi bilo poželjno jer je nezgodno kupovati to i slične stvari kod kraćeg boravka.

Ottima posizione, vicina al centro e ben collegata col bus. Strategico anche il chiosco di fronte alla struttura per una colazione al volo (anche se non tipica).
Aggiungerei qualche mensola in bagno, le superfici d’appoggio erano poche.

Appartamento con sistemi di sicurezza all'avanguardia, l’ingresso potrebbe trarre in inganno ma l’appartamento è bello e spazioso. fornito di tutto il necessario. Raimondo è disponilissimo e gentilissimo. Molto apprezzate le capsule del caffè che ci ha lasciato a disposizione. Assolutamente da provare le prelibatezze tipiche del laboratorio di Raimondo
