The room we booked was already occupied by another group. They offered as an alternative that is not good for our setup, given we have kids with us. Also, I booked with no refund option but they want us to cancel it and pay them cash. At the end, ate staff was very helpful and have us what we want and paid for.

They dont check their bookings. They made it sound like pying thru credit card is a bad thing.

The location of the property is perfect to adjacent facilities and is accessible to public transportation.

There are German cockroaches in the crevices of the bathroom and under the kitchen sink which makes my wife very uncomfortable during the stay. I did not like that we're imposed on using the AC for 8 hours. Is that not included in the per day stay like other ABB. The amount of stay we had is more than 2 weeks and we only received 4 toilet paper the whole time and I have to buy extra for us. Its hard to contact the owner since I have a US line and he could only be reached thru email. I will not return there again in our next travel.
