Challenge your friends to a foosball match, dive into arcade games, or enjoy the fire pit or bar for cozy evenings under the stars. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and room for up to 12 guests. The Ridgeline is the ideal escape for families or groups looking to make lasting memories.
Play any of the multiple arcade or board games, relax by the fire, take a short walk to the lake beach or head out to the multiple close attractions. The Ridgeline is the perfect getaway for entertaining or relaxing in the Poconos! Guests have access to the entire house which features:

* Huge back patio with firepit, hammock and bar area connected to the game room
* Large deck with a gas BBQ grill and dining table perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
* Relaxing porch to see the numerous deer that visit the property every day

* A community pickleball and tennis court (reservation required in advance).

* Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a home-made meal
* Coffee station with French press, Keurig and drip coffee machines and complimentary coffee, tea and sweeteners.
* Game room with arcade games, pinball and foosball table to Game room with arcade games, pinball, and foosball table to provide endless entertainment for guests of all ages.

* Clean sheets, blankets and towels and bathroom essentials

Your furry friend is also welcome! Guests bringing a pet must disclose it at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee. Please note:
* House-trained dogs only.
* No dogs under 1-year-old allowed.
* Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
* No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.
Please Read:
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 12 people.
* A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit as an instant penalty if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.
* Per Community request, guests will be asked to provide a list of their vehicle(s) information prior to the start of their stay. The cabin allows a maximum of 5 cars at all times and it is mandatory for all vehicles to be registered with the community before arrival.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior doors of this property.
* Only REGISTERED boats, kayaks, paddle boards are allowed on the lake.

Everything about this house was awesome. We loved how clean this home was and all the little details of decorations and entertainment for the family. The playroom was so much fun, my kids didn’t want to leave and I loved that the fire pit was right in front of it, so we can all hang out. Also, Nica was the best host and she was super responsive to all of our questions. You can tell she truly cares!!! We can’t wait to come back to this cozy, fun and amazing home.

My husband and I came here for our late honeymoon/1year anniversary weekend. The entire stay was great. Loved how quiet it was. The game room and the lake near by was our favorite part. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. Nica made sure we had everything we needed, fixed the minor issue of the door code not working, but that was a short internet issue. All questions answered very quickly. Plenty of house to do a lot of things, games, relax, TV, sit on the deck and enjoy the quiet. We had rain the last night we were there and sitting under the umbrella was nice. Only thing I would say we didn't like was there's no curtains in the main areas of the house, I think that would have added to the privacy aspect we wanted. But all in all this was an amazing trip for us. We hope to rent here again and bring our 4 kids next time!
