Located in the Towamensing Trails Community
Once registration is submitted, you will be granted temporary membership to the community including car tags for the amenities and trash compactors.
Primary renter agrees to all rules and regulations set forth by the Towamensing Trails Community including, but not limiting to:
-no outdoor fires nor fireworks
-primary renter must be at least 25 years of age
- speed limit and parking regulations
- pets must remain on leashes outdoors
- trash must be dropped off at community compactors
- 8 wristbands for amenities included in your stay (additional are available for purchase - amenity availability is not guaranteed)
Other rules to note:
- only disclosed guests allowed at property
- no parties
- no illegal substances
- smoking outdoors only and not within 10 feet of open windows or doors

I had a fabulous trip with 4 friends at this house in the Poconos. The grill, hot tub, smart tv, bar area and kitchen were perfect for a cozy girls trip. The host's communication is superb. I would gladly stay here again.

Great property not far off interstate and close enough to a store and restaurant. Close to lake which was a plus for the kids with kayaking. Hot tub and game room were a hit. Very clean. Needed a few minor repairs (which didn’t affect our stay) that the owners said would take care of for future guests. Communication was good. Except for master suite, the bedrooms were a little small. Was difficult placing a pack-n-play for the toddler to sleep. The neighboring houses were closer than I thought would be but didn’t affect our stay. There were 12 of us plus a toddler for a great family vacation. Would have given a 4.5 if some things were taken care of. Again, great location. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time with our family and dogs! House was beautiful and clean! Perfect location to lake! Will definitely stay there again!

We had a great time as a group. Location was excellent and the house had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend for big groups.
