Overall good, but there are a few things to improve or renovate.
Positive points:
a) large property open front area and backyard with fire pit, play area
b) main floor open kitchen and living area, master bed in main floor, gym room and play room
c) response from the property manager was
very quick
d) ample parking space in large driveway
e) private community and feels safe
Negative/not-so-good points:
a) carpet in the stairs is in bad condition. Needs a deep clean or replacement
b) only 1 bathroom in upstairs, though there are 3 bedrooms there
c) There was no soap/liquid soap in the master bathroom.
d) The backdoor stone stairs (outdoor) was loose. Can cause unexpected incident if not taken care of.
