Our family enjoyed our stay, the size of the house, cleanliness of bedding and Bathrooms. Great community amenities. The Manilla envelope was not at house until Friday, even though we checked in on Thursday. Many phone calls and texts to get this straightened out with property manager. The interactions with him were very helpful. The spider webs between the screens and windows needed cleaning, cleanliness of patio carpet could be improved. Thanks for your consideration.

The house was perfect for the nine of us. There could have been room for a few more in rooms but for 2 families, the house was great. The pool table is not in great shape. That was really the only bummer about the entire house. We tend to like to book places with a pool table when we go with these friends, but other than that, the house was great.

Great location for a trip to Jim Thorpe and the waterparks. Stephen was a great host, made us feel at home, and was easy to get in touch with.

We enjoyed our "cousin crew" stay in a beautiful space. We ran a race together as a family. We chose the house partly do to the outside fire pit. The guests do not have access to the fire pit. There is a gas fire pit available. We did have issues with the fridge stop working and had to throw away food. There was enough hot water for two guests to shower. Owner did offer to reimburse for a cooler and ice.
