This spacious, modern, and cozy townhouse is perfect for families and groups, comfortably hosting up to 12 guests with 4 inviting bedrooms and 7 beds. Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, relax with your favorite shows on 4 TVs, or step out onto the balcony/patio to take in the fresh mountain air and stunning views of the ski slopes from the upper bedroom! Fire up the BBQ grill for an outdoor feast (please bring your own propane) and enjoy memorable meals with family and friends.

1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. Our family home is not available for non-registered guests.
2) This is not a party house; it is a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one is disturbed, ya know? Just wanted to double-check that this fits your needs. :)
3) Please bring your own propane for the BBQ Grill.
4) There are only two (2) parking spots in front of the Units.
2 Additional vehicles are to be parked at overflow parking lot and must have overflow parking pass on dash.

Please be aware - we are not a hotel. This is our getaway home :) That means that we do not provide daily housekeeping service at our place. We clean everything and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels before you arrive, so it's all ready for you!
If you are staying for more than 5 days, we would be happy to arrange for an additional set of fresh towels partway through your stay.
But if you are staying for long term (28 nights or more), a cleaning will be scheduled weekly during your stay. You are welcome to be present during the cleanings, or if you prefer, we can take care of everything while you’re out.
If you have any preferences or specific times that work best for the cleanings, just let us know! :)
IMPORTANT Requirement: All Guests and Vehicles Must be Registered. We require you to submit your information so that we can complete the registration.
REMINDER: Per the community bylaws, guests are not allowed to park directly on the streets; they must use the overflow parking areas and are limited to 2 vehicles.
****Failed to picking up the parking passes and displaying it in your vehicle's dashboard, and found to be in unauthorized parking, subject to a fine. We will file a claim.******
- There are only two (2) parking spots in front of the Units. 2 Additional vehicles are to be parked at overflow parking lot and must have overflow parking pass on dash.
- Community speed limit is 15 MPH.
- Only motor vehicles may be parked in Laurelwoods. Campers, trailers, boats, etc. are not permitted.
- Trash needs to be taken out before checkout to the dumpster area shown on the map with the house rules posted near the main door entrance.
- Any damages, violations, including fireworks, trespassing, incomplete paperwork, fire/safety issues, gate misuse, speeding, parking violations, improper trash disposal, pet violations, and disturbing peaceful enjoyment, will incur fines ranging from $100 to $2,500 depending on the violations occurred. We will file a claim based on the confirmed violation.
