Amplio, tal y como pone en las fotos. El gestor fue muy amable.

La zona. La comodidad de las camas. La disponibilidad de almohadas y edredones. La conexión wifi. La litera. El aislamiento acústico de las ventanas. La tranquilidad del edificio/vecinos. La limpieza. La ducha. La posibilidad de lavar la ropa. La disponibilidad de servilletas, papel higiénico, champú y jabón de la losa.
Hay carencias que no se justifican para un establecimiento de este precio. El aire acondicionado, con ruido de crujidos en el aparato del dormitorio más allá del ruido del motor en el baño. No pudimos utilizarlo por la noche en días de calor. El menaje de la cocina: había un solo plato llano y éramos 4. No había pala (espátula), un solo sartén y muy grande. Una pena que no le pusieran un poco más de atención a esos detalles.

La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación central donde puedes tomar metro o tren y en pocas paradas estar en el centro. Comercios y supermercados en la misma calle, además de restaurantes de todo tipo donde poder comer y desayunar. La persona que nos atendió estuvo muy atenta y no explicó todo.
Los aires acondicionados hacen muchísimo ruido. Hay una máquina en el baño que es el compresor de la instalación y aún cerrándo la puerta se escucha una barbaridad. Las paredes un poco sucias, aun estando limpio da sensación de suciedad. El bloque estaba de obras, cosas que nos tenían que haber avisado y no lo hicieron.
