Great location adjacent park

Very small, we booked for 5 and essentially it had three bedrooms with no other space. Is really a three room unit. Photos don’t really align to what the unit is

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Zwei Metrostationen von verschiedenen Linien sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Ein malerischer Innenhof und modern renovierte schöne Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, man kann locker gleich mehrere Wochen da leben. Wunderschöne moderne Gegend mit den Hochhäusern in unmittelbarer Nähe mit dem Park davor. Sehr hilfreiche Betreuung und eingespieltes Team!

The location is great. Well connected with public transport, 2-3 mins walk from supermarket and food court next to FS Garibaldi. A few nice restaurants nearby too. Apartment itself has some positives: bathrooms, beds and kitchen are pretty new. However, based only on my stay this week, I think its rating is overrated. It is 7-7,5 place, not 8,8. My personal view so obviously subjective.

There are two areas: 1) lack of some essential things which you realize once you come there: eg lack of reading lamps next to bed, lack of hangers in bathroom to put your big towel somewhere, lack of bread cutting knife and board… 2) Missing items: the appartment does not have dishwasher (although I found tablets for dishwasher!), in my stay it did not have also trashbin or paper towels in the kitchen or new small sponge to clean your dishes (there was old and dirty one only and dishwashing gel was in big refills bag - quite inconvenient to use). Plus there were some small “damages” which were not essentials but should be fixed asap by owner. Lastly - apart from bed linen and towels which were clean and fresh, the appartment was dirty: dust on the floor, chairs, dirty plates or cutlery - you don’t expect that from apartment rated at 8,8 at Booking.
