Welcome to your holiday oasis in the spectacular Costa Brava! Immerse yourself in tranquility and comfort in our tourist rental house in the exclusive Mas Fumats urbanization, in Roses.
With an impressive private pool and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, this house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. With capacity for 8 people, this spacious house is distributed across two floors to offer you maximum privacy and comfort.
On the main floor, you will be received by a bright dining room with air conditioning, ideal for social gatherings or relaxing afternoons. A fully equipped independent kitchen awaits you, along with a practical laundry room that has a washer and dryer. Additionally, the main floor houses an elegant master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, featuring a refreshing shower.
Descend down some interior stairs to the ground floor, where another cozy living room welcomes you with direct access to the pool. Here, you will find a second well-equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms, all with closets for additional storage. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms with shower for greater comfort.
In 3 of the 4 rooms, there is air conditioning to ensure your comfort in any season of the year.
Both kitchens are equipped with everything you need, from oven and ceramic hob to microwave and dishwasher. Do you want to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea? No problem! You also have a toaster and a kettle at your disposal.
For your entertainment, we offer free Wi-Fi connection and a Smart TV with a selection of channels in English and German. And when you're ready to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, head to the spacious south-facing terrace, where you can sunbathe and enjoy the stunning views of the Roses Bay.
Additionally, for your convenience, we offer outdoor parking for up to two cars.

Well layed-out and spacious house. The house easily accommodates 6-8 people. The view over the bay and Ampurdan area is spectacular, also from the top dining room. Big infinity swimming pool with a large deck completes the resort feeling. We will keep this house on our short list for the next visit with guests
House could do with some touch ups. Some equipment needed repair (which has been done by Immo Villas in the mean time).

Wat een uitzicht en wat een ruimte dat is hoe wij Ibi06 het best kunnen samenvatten. De locatie van deze villa is adembenemend. Wij hebben de kamers (met elk hun eigen sanitair) als zeer prettig ervaren. Het zwembad is royaal en je kijkt al genietend in het water uit over de baai van Roses. Let op: het zwembad is overal zeer diep (ook volwassenen kunnen er niet staan), dus een aandachtspunt voor als je bijvoorbeeld met kleine kinderen reist. Er zijn twee keukens, er is veel plek om zowel binnen als buiten te zitten en er is meer dan voldoende kastruimte. De airco is top en houdt het complete huis echt koel op hete dagen. Het huis ligt wat afgelegen, maar het perceel wordt afgesloten door een hekwerk en elektrische toegangspoort. Kortom: een fijne villa om een heerlijke vakantie, in alle rust, met elkaar door te brengen!
De woning is weliswaar voorzien van alle gemakken, maar wel gedateerd en niet overal goed onderhouden. Zo is de keuken op de bovenverdieping echt aan vervanging toe en zijn het tuinmeubilair en de staat van de buitendouche ook niet meer helemaal wat je mag verwachten in een villa met een dergelijke huursom.

Mooie, groot huis met voldoende plaats. Zalig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig.
