Emplacement idéal. L'ascenseur bien pratique. Vue imprenable sur la mer et les alentours. Centre ville à deux pas. Appartement spacieux et très agréable.
Tiroir de chambre bloquée par les lits. Et il manque un meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain.

Appartement idéal : spacieux, lumineux et confortable. En tout conforme à sa description, l'appartement distribue des chambres à l'arrière ce qui garantit un calme parfait ! La literie est d'ailleurs de bonne qualité. A l'avant la terrasse face à la mer et le grand séjour offrent une vue très agréable. Le tout en plein centre de Roses ce qui est bien pratique.

La plage au pied de l'immeuble, le centre à proximité immédiate
L'impossibilité d'utiliser la gazinière pour cuisiner car il n'y avait pas de feu à disposition (le briquet était vide)...
