Maison spacieuse, relativement facile à vivre, bien équipée en sanitaire et cabinet de toilette. Très bien située avec une belle vue dégagée. Non loin du bord de mer et des commerces (environ1 km à pied). Un garage à disposition ainsi qu'une place stationnement privée.
Le four défectueux (arcs électriques au bouton de commande, très dangereux) dans la cuisine ne permettant pas de cuisiner ce que nous avions prévu. Problème soulevé auprès de la société immobilière. Hélas, aucun dépannage n'est intervenu. Une fuite d'eau de pluie par la hotte aspirante sur la plaque de cuisson et divers autres soucis signalés sur papier à la société.
