Very quiet, close to beach, shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Very good location.
Some of the furnitures are in bad condition, specially in the kitchen. The sink is not adapted to the TAP water splash all over and outside of the sink. The chairs in the dining area the cover are flaking leaving small pieces of fabric on the floor and on our pants/shorts. The shower door upstairs bathroom WAS very dirty ( the bottom), I cleaned them my wipes. A deep cleaning of the shower highly recommended.
