El apartamento muy bonito y todo muy nuevo, las camas comodísimas, y el aire acondicionado por conducto lo mejor. No hemos pasado nada de calor. Las vistas impresionantes, al mar, y muy céntrico. Repetiremos seguro.
Por poner una pega, q no hay ascensor, es un segundo sin ascensor.

Me encantó la ubicación, la limpieza. Vimos la berbena de Sant Joan desde el balcón y fue una vista privilegiada.
No fue tan fácil llegar ya que si vas en coche, el GPS te manda por calles que están cortadas al tráfico, luego es mejor localizar el PK de pago que hay en frente y luego ir a pie, son menos de 5 minutos.

Faltan utensilios en la cocina. Hay lavavajilla pero no hay detergente para usarlo, no hay escurridor de platos, no tuvimos acceso al aire acondicionado.

Sin duda la ubicación… y la amabilidad de la chica de la inmobiliaria que nos dejó un poco más de tiempo en el check out. Tiene lavadora/secadora.
La ubicación! .. está justo encima de bares y sus respectivas terrazas.. los olores y ruido son considerables. Las habitaciones no tienen luz natural y dan a patios de luces!. Solo tiene un baño! Faltan muchos detalles (vajilla) en la cocina. Las fotos engañan mucho, el piso es laberíntico y el salón es estrecho.
