Immo Barneda Roses. Magnificent Apartment completely renovated located on the first line of Roses beach. It has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for 8 people. Located on the 2nd Floor. Completely renovated and very well equipped, with modern and careful decoration. It has an area of 110 m2 + 15m2 terrace-gallery + 7 m2 front terrace. From the apartment, the sea, the beach and the Plaça Catalunya can be seen.
Very modern and fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer, and all the necessary utensils in the cupboards for cooking and eating (frying pans, pots... plates, spoons...)
