About this apartment rental
Immo Barneda Roses. Magnificent Apartment completely renovated located on the first line of Roses beach. It has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for 8 people. Located on the 3rd Floor. Completely renovated and very well equipped, with modern and careful decoration. It has an area of 110 m2 + 15m2 terrace-gallery. From the apartment, the sea, the beach and the Plaça Catalunya can be seen.
Modern and fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer, and all necessary utensils in the cupboards for cooking and eating (frying pans, pots... plates, spoons...)

In addition, the accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: lift, terrace furniture, iron, heating. It has 6 single beds of 0.90 + 1 double sofa bed in the living room. Lift and private wifi

The accommodation is located in the centre of the town (La Calle Mayor), known for its location, close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, beach, shops. Ideal for spending happy holidays without having to take the car. Blue zone just in front of the apartment. Also 400 metres away is a large free parking lot always with availability just behind the Citadel, just a 3-minute walk.
Just in front of the accommodation is the blue parking zone, and to the left there is a large paid parking lot where you will have no problem parking.

L´espace dans les pièces
Une chambre sans fenêtre. A la place, une ouverture sur une véranda, plus grande que la chambre, mais cette véranda ne sert que pour la machine à laver et étendre le linge..... Surprenant.
