Bali Jungle Camping

Words can’t do this place justice. It was like a dream! Staying in the middle of the forest was an incredible and truly unique experience. I’d read so many negative reviews that I honestly started wondering what people expect. For starters, the room has a really distinctive, charming design, and everything is unbelievably clean. Every little detail has been thought of: drinking water, a coffee machine, toothbrushes, slippers, a night light, and even a soft blanket left in the room for you to use in the hammock. As a woman travelling alone, I felt completely safe and never once felt bored. For two nights, I sat by the fire outside my room, enjoyed a drink, and watched the stars. In the morning, I watched the sunrise to the sound of birdsong. The staff were so attentive, and the food was wonderful. I didn’t see a single mosquito or any other bugs during my two-day stay. Of course, you might see a gecko or a spider—you’re in the middle of a forest! I see those at home in the city too. The pool was lovely, and I especially recommend having a massage outdoors, surrounded by birdsong. One night, I got back late from a tour, but the staff waited for me even though their shift had ended and walked me to my room. The room was cleaned every day. I don’t know what else to say. I had two unforgettable days here that I’ll remember for the rest of my life. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. It was perfect!

Staying here was an absolute delight from start to finish. The room was the definition of a comfort room, offering a cozy, warm ambiance paired with fresh cotton linen on the bed that made for the best night's sleep. If you love nature, the lush surrounding views and serene atmosphere make this spot a true peaceful sanctuary. To top it all off, the kitchen serves fresh & tasty foods every day, and the great staff went above and beyond with their genuine hospitality to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. We cannot wait to return!

Peaceful and very relaxing. Bed is super comfy. Food was delicious and Wayan was an amazing manager. Highly recommend getting a massage here; one of the best I’ve had in Bali. Loved this quirky little resort and look forward to returning next year.

The beauty of this place is truly in its people. The ladies and men working at the reception and in the kitchen were absolutely amazing — very kind, polite, helpful, and genuinely warm-hearted. They really made us feel welcome. The territory itself is lovely and very homey, with lots of trees, beautiful flowers, and an amazing smell all around. It feels peaceful and cozy. We were placed in a wooden house because the camp was overbooked. The house is cute and has beautiful panoramic windows. The bed linen was clean, and there was a mosquito net, which was definitely a plus.

However, the house unfortunately needs some renovation. The bathroom is right at the entrance — you literally open the door and immediately see the toilet. The walls are unfinished, with exposed stones, and the door lock is quite old, so we had some problems opening and closing it. The balcony boards also creak a lot and feel a little unsafe, as if you could fall through at any moment.
