I loved this place! I have always wanted to try glumping and I took a chance with Bali Jungle Camping. This place was amaizing. You get a gull comfor of the hotel room right there in the jungle. The place was a spotlessly clean. The stuff and the owner were kind and willing to help you. They also sell a local products, like fruits, coffee, tea, etc.

The dome tents with the "hammocks" are great fun. The views into the greenery are lovely, and you can see the stars at night from the domes - and we were visited by a firefly. We used the location as a base for our fantastic hike up Mt Batukaru, and the friendly staff kindly helped organising transport to and from the trailhead + packed lunch. The pool is beautiful and the food in the restaurant is good.
The bathrooms are shabby, and the hot water is tepid. It gets cold at night in the domes, especially when no cloud cover, and we had to pile on clothes to stay warm under the too-thin bed cover/blankets in our two domes. The camp is not really in the jungle, but right on the edge of a village with a chicken farm as its immediate neighbour, which means tonnes of flies.

I am overjoyed to have met Wayan and the rest of her staff. She is truly a rare gem of a human being, so unbelievably sweet, thoughtful, fun, and helpful. Everyone who works at this location was an absolute pleasure to be around. I was genuinely sad when it came time to say goodbye to them. The surroundings are unbelievably gorgeous, bursting with flowers, fruit trees, and coffee plants. The restaurant menu is varied, and the food is absolutely delicious. Few things could be more enjoyable than sitting on the rope balcony above the jungle canopy, watching the fireflies at dusk, enjoying the sounds of the forest. I spent my birthday weekend here, and I'll never be sorry that I did.
Keep in mind that the geodesic dome, even with the fan on, gets direct sunlight and gets rather steamy during the day -- but you can jump in the pool to cool down.

Very clean & health concious
It's isolated to get to but that's part of the experience!

Everything - the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had a fantastic yoga class and the property is absolutely fantastic right in the middle of the jungle :) they also grow so many fruits and vegetables in the garden! I want to give Wayan Sri a special shout out as she was remarkable! She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay ( offering us the fresh fruit from the property, helping us with transportation and laundry). If we are ever in the area again we would 100% stay at the Bali jungle camping and would recommend to anyone on their way to the north of Tabanan

Nice views, very quiet and cozy.
We thought the quality and the experience was not really worth the price. The hygiene standards were low comparing to other accommodations we stayed in Bali. Unfortunately also not a good place to stay if you are afraid of uncomfortable around dogs.

Really cool jungle experience, laying out on the netting hammock listening to nature.
Lots of bugs, bring bug spray

Positive : Looks great on the pictures on Booking
Dont trust the beautiful aerial views because you will be inside a hot humid plastic dome with absolutely no view to the forest, no air conditioning, no space to open you bag. The door of the dome has view to the ugly bathroom room and not nature. I told the lady in charge that I could not breath or sleep in this place and she was kind enough to let me use a small wooden house, which was also a very unpleasant experience. Bathroom was below any expectation, hot water lasted 1 minute and it was not clean enough.
You will be in the middle of nowhere and taxis offered by this place cost very expensive compared to usual fares.
The dogs of the property made noise all night long. This is neither a "camping" nor a "jungle" but a very good promotion of a place that is not well conceived, overpriced and not worth a visit in Bali ! RUN AWAY

Exceptional customer service from staff, lead by a very competent & personable Resort Manager Wayan Sri, who went over and above to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

It is nice to be in the 'jungle' (not really jungle, but various trees and crops) and enjoy the peace and quiet. The staff were nice and helpful.
The restaurant has a chicken farm behind it, so you often get a bad smell and there are hundreds of flies in the kitchen and eating area.
The tent view was not as nice as expected, as the windows were old (see photos) so view was obscured.
We thought that it was a little overpriced

- amazing location in the jungle.
- the hotel are investing in the local community and lots of staff are from the village.
- the camping domes are a great experience.
- the jeep tour with visits to local, quiet waterfalls and incredible rice fields.
- not ‘touristy’.
- great for a 1 or 2 night stay.
- not so much something we disliked but it was clear that the manager was new to the role and lacked experience. We had trouble confirming timings for our trip and despite asking what we needed to take, weren’t informed about needing money for donations/drinks. However, the trip was a highlight for us - we just didn’t know we were going until an hour before.

Amazing location! We slept in one of the dome-tents and it was very comfortable - and an amazing experience. Staff very sweet and helpful. Food freshly made, but not the most flavourful we’ve tried on Bali.
They didn’t have a mosquito net. Though there wasn’t a lot of mosquitos at all, we still got a few bites.

The room is very good
The road to the camping room is not good also the car not arrive to the place you should Walk between the alleys around 200 meters in the dark
The owener of the place ( women) is not Not friendly and her facial features look tough . She is not cooperative with the guests, only her language is money. She seems to be dominating on the staff . The staff cannot speak comfortably for fear of her.while the stuff is so kind and friendly.
I booked for camping with hammock as showed at booking website and the camping room was without hammock.
They exploit the tourists who need to return or visit other places by increasing the drivers' price because the area is very, very, very far away, and its road is not safe for driving, and most drivers do not want it.
No tissue in the place
The toilet has gecko due to it is opened from the ceiling .
The water not hot or even warm for shower
The place is not as appearing in booking

Overall the facilities are great, the staff are super friendly and humble.
Downside is that it's quite far and the taxi services are not great from here.

Where to begin.
Yes, Bali Jungle Camping is a little difficult to get to, as most drivers do not want to drive that far (however if you message ahead the owners are happy to arrange transport). Yes, there are insects - a mosquito net would be nice but ultimately, you're in the jungle. It's to be expected. Yes, it's quite isolated, but it's a great place to switch off and relax.
My experience at Bali Jungle Camping was nothing short of amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and clean, and to also make me feel so special and welcome on my birthday. The grounds are stunning. The tours provided are well priced and the guides are great (I was lucky enough to have Kadek for both my tours - a lovely man!). The tents, although getting very warm during the day are such a beautiful concept and I left Bali Jungle Camping feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated.
I could not speak of them more highly.
That I couldn't stay for longer!

My experience staying at the dome with a hammock was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was, given that it's in the jungle. They even had decent WiFi in the room. At night it wasn't cold at all which was great. The bed was so comfy and the bedsheets really clean and smelled so nice. The hammock experience was great too. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything is delicious. Also liked the area where it's located. And the staff was wonderful.
Everything was good!

It was out in the jungle so you got an authentic feel.
Once out there its in the middle of nowhere, so plan excursions to fill the evening.
There were too many flies, I think it was just the season change but way too many flies

very relaxing and tranquil! great experience to get out of the busy streets of Bali and to be out in nature. We only stayed for two nights in the dome tent with hammock and I absolutely loved the hammock great place to relax and read a book with a beautiful view of the jungle. We wish we booked for longer!
staff are all very accommodating and drivers will take you where you ever you want to go for a small fee. Waterfalls close by and sleeping Buddha statue was beautiful to see! we also got our driver to take us into Tabanan to go to the butterfly park and monkey sanctuary where we fed monkey and pat and can also feed a bat as well which was so much fun ! then stopped at a street market on the way home.
food is delicious and a great variety.
Will definitely be ack again when we are back in Bali
thank you for a great stay

I love this place so much. I spent the whole afternoon and evening just chilling in the hammock. It was just perfect relax and magical time.
just be careful if you would be coming here at night or heavy rain. there is tiny part of the road getting here I needed to be extra careful. But it is 0 problem.

The garden was beautiful maintained. The tent is clean and the bedding smells like fresh flowers 🤗 The staf is super friendly and helpful. The food is good, we loved the selfmade sambal!
in the open restaurant are a lot of fly’s and the bathroom of the iglo tent can have a small makeover.
