Rustic and unique experience

Beautiful friendly staff with exceptional views of the jungle. The tower room was definitely an experience to be a princess for a night or two. Adi was very helpful and made lovely simple meals. Clean pools. Komang and Adi both had good English, and happy to help arrange transport, massages, and dinner reservations. Beer available on site at a reasonable price. Fantastic to experience a different side of Bali in the quiet jungle with fireflies and squirrels.

We didn’t realise quite how remote the property was, so could not walk to local facilities. About a 200m walk from the road to the accommodation through the jungle was difficult with luggage. Some of the property needs some TLC and was a little more rustic than expected. Cocktails by the pool would be nice 😊

Fantastic place to unwind and relax.

The views, blissful quietness, fresh clean forest air. Amazing hard surfaced walks in all directions through coffee, snake fruit plantations and native forests. Swimming pool.

Beautiful Getaway

The location is very high up in the mountains, many beautiful rice fields on the way. Beautiful scenery of sunset in front of the villa and sunrise behind the villa but covered by trees. The food is limited but very delicious. Adi our host was very welcoming and was very attentive when we brought up any issues.

Just the insects, if anyone has issues. Bees are attracted to the lights so our first night there were a few bees found downstairs so just be wary of that. You are in the jungle so we didn’t really mind

Beautiful but lonely

The view was beautiful. The staff tried to accommodate us he was very nice.

The bed was very small and round! Instead of rectangular.. which was cutting some space. If you're looking for a remote area where you're the only guest that's it. If like me you were expecting to see people, and a check in counter then it's disappointing.

Loved every moment of it

The location was absolutely stunning. You wake up every morning to the sound of the jungle. The staff were also fantastic and wanting to make your stay as good as possible in whatever way they could.

Small gripe but they provide bars of soap when I would prefer bodywash.

Wonderful secluded place with an amazing view, friendly and helpful people working there. Everything is well prepared, clean and nice. Breakfast was amazing! If you are looking for a calm getaway in a fresh and green area close to Batukaru, it’s definitely place to be.

Great hospitality, great staff, great views & great place :)

The staff went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We actually had an accident on the scooter on the way to the place & they supplied us with bandages & some special oil to help treat the wounds. The views are great & there’s some nice places to go nearby.

Careful if you’re riding up there, the roads are really bad & they also are very slippy in the wet. There’s actually an alternative route which probably adds 10-15mins onto your journey but is a lot safer.

Don’t lack of reviews scare you away stay here whilst you are in Tabanan or on the way to Munduk it’s amazing. Komang (the host) will ensure your stay enjoyable & he will do above & beyond!

Un grand merci à Adi et Adi

Hébergement agréable malgré le mauvais temps. Adi et Adi sont très à l'écoute, serviables, bons cuisiniers et sympathiques. L'un d'eux est même allé nous chercher une bouteille de vin blanc dans un hôtel malgré de fortes pluies. Bonne nourriture.

Il est nécessaire de faire des travaux de rénovation de cet hébergement. Trop isolé de tout.

Le lieu est incroyable. La tour, la piscine en forme de coeur, la vue 360° sur la jungle sont uniques. Adi et sa famille sont super gentils et accueillants.

Potential, aber leider in der "offseason" nicht so toll

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, aber leider nicht vor Ort 🙏🏽 Der Turm ist sehr süß und man ist mitten im Dschungel. Die Anlage hat potential und man hat seine Ruhe! Da ist ein süßes Kaffee nur 700m entfernt!

Leider war der Pool sehr schmutzig und veralgt. Wir konnten nicht schwimmen gehen. Der Gastgeber hat sich entschuldigt, es gab ein Problem mit der Pumpe und dem Chlor. Leider war es auch sonst nicht sauber. Einfache Sachen wie Toilette und Abfluss der Dusche hätte man einfach reinigen können. Das ganze Zimmer ist sehr verschimmelt und wenn man Probleme mit der Lunge hat, würde ich das Zimmer nicht wählen. Man kann die Fenster aber auch nicht öffnen, da kein Insektenschutz wie Netz oder Stecker da ist. Der Gastgeber war aber sehr nett und es hat ihm sehr leid getan, dass so vieles nicht gepasst hat. Wir haben uns einigen können.
