Not the best value for money in Bali

The property was neatly maintained, the garden was perfectly manicured and the room was nice. Director access to the public shore line.

Quite isolated and far from the centre, nothing much at walking distance and the last mile of road is terrible. Breakfast was very basic.

Highly recommended for a few nights.

The staff were exceptional and very welcoming. The view from my top floor room was one of the best I’ve had in Indonesia. Lovely omelette in the morning. Location about 20mins scooter from the main Amed area was perfect as it was more authentic and not touristy at all. After 5/6pm i didn’t see any staff around (or guests in my case) which I quite liked as it felt like my own massive villa but could be a problem for some solo travellers.

The bathroom could do with a little updating. The AC in the room could be stronger.

Beautiful stay, peaceful, clean

Beautiful hotel and garden area with swimming pool. Amazing to stay right on the beach. You can go snorkel in the ocean right from your room. Very convenient. Staff is professional and helpful. It is not in the 'touristy area', which is nice because it is very peaceful. Difficult to get transport though (you need to use a private taxi as there is no Grab/Gojek there). And if you want to walk there is a bit of a hill, but you can rent a scooter from the hotel, which is nice.

Fantastic place away from crowds

The property itself is fantastic and is actually better in real life than in pictures. It was very quiet and peaceful. We could see the ocean right from our bed. The food is okay, don't expect anything fancy, but it's okay to start your day.

We arrived at the villa at night by scooter, and the road that leads to it is very bumpy and steep, which is not the property's fault, but something to consider. If you're new to driving a scooter you have to be careful during dark hours. It's actually around 15 minutes drive from the center of Amed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed it since we looked for some quiet space.

Delightful relaxing place!

One of the best place I have stayed over my trip in Bali. I loved it and will come back! It’s quiet, spotlessly clean! The girls are doing an amazing job. Perfect for relaxing time, chilling. I was there with my boyfriend and it was exactly what we needed to rest and have quality time together.

A little bit far from Amed if you want to go to the center everyday, other wise everything is just beautifully great!

Peaceful place

Peaceful villa close to Amed. The room was clean and comfortable, we could see the sunrise from our bed. Breakfast was also good with choice of indonesian or continental.

Very cozy and nice place for run away from the world

The villa is amazing, beautiful rooms, super friendly staff, very nice pool, good cocktails which you can drink right from the pool! 😸 The girls just super nice, I wanted to stay in the upper room and they gave us the most beautiful room they have.

You can hear dogs and roosters during the night, very loud. There is no mobile reception there and wi-if is very bad. Might be a good thing for some couples who need rest from the outer world)

A little slice of heaven with the BEST staff around!

it was peaceful, gorgeous view, lovely pool, and a quiet place to rest and relax. The staff was incredible! 5 stars all around! Plus, it had a delicious restaurant on site!

Thoughtfully designed property that is well maintained but can be noisy during the day

This property is secluded and the grounds and building are really great. There are 7 total units but only 4 were open when we stayed here. There's a swimming pool that is lovely and usually available to just yourself. The staff are friendly and attentive. They can arrange a scooter for you, which you will need in the secluded property.

The property is really far from the center of Amed (shops and restaurants) so you will need a scooter/transport. The property is immediately next door to a soccer/volleyball field and during the day it can be surprisingly noisy. The other side of the property is beside a boat repair/building enterprise and they're often using power tools that are intrusive. Sunlight pours into the room early in the morning so if you're light sensitive, you'll need an eye mask.

Everything we were looking for - we’ll be back

We chose this hotel for a few days of total relaxation, and it was perfect. The all female staff (yes, even the gardeners), ably lead by Wayan, were friendly, helpful, and always busy. We didn’t leave the villa for the 5 nights we were there. We had no need to - after a filling breakfast each morning we would then order our evening meal every afternoon, choose a time for it to be served, and there it was - freshly cooked and delicious! We spent our time on the balcony, reading and taking in the beautiful sea view, watching the fishing boats come and go, or enjoying the pool. And the wifi was good too. A few kilometres south of the main Amed strip, it is a wonderful place. I’m sure we will return.

Superb

The room was beautiful and the staff were quite friendly. They went out of their way to be hospitable. They showed me the available rooms and asked me to choose the one I preferred. I chose the one downstairs facing the pool. I especially liked that this property is located down a walkway from the main road so no car noise (which starts *very* early). I went off season so essentially had the place to myself. The pool is beautiful and I was able to hop the little fence and watch the sunrise from the rocky beach. The bed was comfortable and the food delicious.

No true access to the beach, however it is extremely rocky so not good for swimming. There are sandy beaches close by.

Décevant et limite arnaqueur

L’établissement se dit être à Amed, pourtant il est à 25min de Amed en scooter ou en voiture, si vous voulez louer des scooters depuis l’hôtel cela est faisable mais sans aucune assurance. Il faut être très à l’aise en scooter pour conduire la bas vu les routes, mais le trafic est assez calme. Cependant si vous louez un scooter a l’hôtel, faites bien attention, le prix annoncé était de 100k rp la journée, et durant le check out on nous a réclamer 150k rp la journée. Au moment du check out, malgré le fait que nous remarquions une différence de prix, la manager nous a fait comprendre que nous étions des menteurs et n’a pas essayer de comprendre ou d’accepter qu’il y a pu avoir une fausse information de la part de son équipe ou que son arnaque ne soit pas passée… (une première personne nous a annoncé les prix de la location, puis la manager elle même nous l’a confirmé au téléphone le jour de notre arrivée). Nous avons également dû payer un supplément pour l’essence (que nous avions pourtant remis au même niveau, si ce n’est plus). Ne faites pas vos lessives à l’hôtel, les vêtements ne ressortent pas propre, juste une bonne odeur de « lessive ». Les chambres sont « nettoyées tous les jours », pourtant il y avait des toiles d’araignées partout et des cafards… ce n’est pas ce que j’appelle un établissement propre. Si vous souhaitez vous restaurer dans cet hôtel, l’établissement propose un restaurant qui a pourtant l’air fermé durant les heures de repas (aucun personnel, aucune lumière allumée à 19/20h). La douche fuit… rien ne va… Nous avons fait le tour de Bali, vu des hôtels incroyables avec des prix plus que raisonnables, c’est l’hôtel le plus cher qu’on a prit et pourtant c’est le plus décevant. (Pas bien grave mais il est noté sur booking que les chambres disposent de télé, aucune dans la nôtre.)

Fabuleux !!

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant, chambre plus que confortable et bons repas sur place. L'emplacement est idéal, avec accès direct à la mer et au meilleur spot de snorkeling que nous avons pu tester à Amed !

Heureusement que c’était que 2 nuits.

La piscine et le lit était confortable

L’accueil était médiocre : on nous demande de payer sans bien nous expliquer. On mange au restaurant : on commande une salade, très très très peu copieuse, autant ne rien mettre. Personnel très autoritaire et qui nous surveille tout le temps. L’endroit est peu propice au calme : la nuit on entend les gecko, bon ça encore c’est la nature, mais sinon bruits d’enfants qui hurlent + courses de scooters juste à côté, des 6h bruit assourdissant d’une bétonnière La baignoire fuitait donc grosse flaque d’eau dans la salle de bain.

Bonito y alejado del centro

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, es un lugar tranquilo, grande y con vistas al mar. La habitación y baño son bastante amplias. El desayuno fue correcto. La cámara era grande y fue muy útil la mosquitera. Tenías opción de alquilar la moto en el hotel en cualquier momento. La comunicación por whatsapp era eficaz y rápida.

La ubicación principalmente. Si buscas estar cerca de Amed, no es tu sitio. Es una zona a unos 20-25 minutos de Amed en moto con una carretera con algo de curvas y baches. Si buscas un lugar tranquilo donde no moverte mucho, es tu sitio. El personal no estaba siempre en el hotel, tenías que escribirles y eso dificultaba un poco cualquier necesidad. La hora máxima para la cena era a las 20h, luego ya no tenías opción a cenar ni a comprar nada en los alrededores (algo que nos complicó mucho una noche de mucha lluvia. Es una zona con muchos mosquitos, suerte de la mosquitera en la habitación, pero no puedes tener las puertas de la habitacion abiertas ni un momento. Para tener intimidad tambien debes tener las cortinas cerradas, dado que se ve todo. El desayuno fue correcto, pero habia poca variedad y cantidad.

Super Unterkunft um Energie und Sonne zu tanken in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung.

Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist wirklich perfekt. Gerne möchte ich hier nochmals klarstellen, dass es überhaupt nicht schwierig ist ans Wasser zu gelangen. Es hat viel Sand, vereinzelt Steine und Korallen. Schuhe würde ich so oder so anziehen wegen der Korallen im Wasser. Das Hausriff ist wirklich mega toll! Die Aussicht von der Anlage aus ist herrlich! Auch habe ich immer im Restaurant gegessen um die Aussicht zu geniessen. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt, sowie die ganze Anlage. Was ich vermisst habe ist eine Dusche und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist wirklich weit weg vom Zentrum. Aber auf Anfrage wird man sogar mit dem Roller ans Ziel gebracht. Vielen Dank nochmal für die tollen Erlebnisse bei euch! Es hat mir sehr viel Freude bereitet.

Anstatt der Badewanne würde ich eine Dusche bevorzugen und Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer.

Ganz besonderer Wohlfühlort direkt am Meer

Das Rauschen des Meeres zuhören beim einschlafen und beim aufwachen ist für mich im Paradies zu sein! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und direkt am Meer gelegen. Das komplette Personal ist so lieb und hilfsbereit!!
