    Great, Welcoming, Friendly and Helpful staffs! No communicating problems as all the staff had fluent English skills, advance and stylish hotel. Will definitely my first choice if i come back to Kyoto in the future! It will be perfect if have washing machine and dryer within the building.

    The hotel is beautiful and the room is absolutely massive which is a huge plus! The staff were very nice too! However, cleaning is limited, once in a 4 night trip in our case, and the price point is hard to stomach! Proximity to Kyoto station is amazing, but given a lot of things are out in East Kyoto expect to get on a lot of busy buses anyway! Staff were lovely tho and helped me to set up a room with romantic balloons and towels (at a cost though). Amenities are definitely there with plenty available, but not immediately in the room need to sign for them in reception.
