    I have been to Japan 10times, this is the worst experience I had. The room is not clean at all, the blanket is yellowish, the switch remained some stain, I am the one who cleaned it up. The shampoo and body shower bottles at the bathroom felt every where. I definitely will not choose this hotel anymore.

    Its just the hotel tax listed on their front desk doesn’t match what you need to pay on site but regardless, their hotel is good!

    Comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms located on the upper floor made for a very restful stay. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the overall experience was great. ​However, the service leans heavily toward self-service, which means staff attention is minimal. A practical tip for management: please regularly check self-service facilities like the printer ink, as one of the color cartridges ran out right when we needed to use it. ​The absolute highlight was the welcome drink experience featuring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. It was fantastic, though it wrapped up a bit early at 7 PM—extending the hours into the evening (say, 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM) would make the experience truly outstanding. Thank you. ​高層階のお部屋に宿泊したためか、とても静かで清潔、そして快適に過ごすことができました。お料理も美味しく、バラエティに富んでいて満足です。 ​サービスは基本的にセルフサービスが中心となりますが、プリンターのインクが切れていた（使おうとした際にカラーのインクがなくなっていました）など、共用設備のこまめな点検・補充をしていただけるとさらに良くなると思います。 ​そして最も気に入ったのは、アルコールとノンアルコールの両方が楽しめるウェルカムドリンクのサービスです。ただ、終了時間が夜7時と少し早いため、もし可能であれば夜7時〜10時頃まで時間を延長していただけたらさらに嬉しいです。全体として素晴らしい滞在でした。 有難う御座います

    Close to train station. Room is cozy and there's a convenience store near by. Room is clean and staff are friendly. Enough space in the room to open 2 big luggage.
