    Everything is so new. The room was clean and the facilities and amenities are quite complete. Near to the station as well and is worth it's price.

    Like this hotel as the rooms are much bigger then the usual Japan standard. No frills like the usual hotel have - pools, gym, restaurant etc which we don't use most time . But they do have a big communal area where you can have meals bought outside or simply chill together for a drinks. Its near Kyoto station (8 mins walk) so super convenient.

    The liquid hand soap was very convenient and easy to use. The hair dryer also had strong airflow, which made it comfortable to use. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water, and being able to borrow an umbrella was especially helpful during the rainy season. There was also a Lawson convenience store about a two-minute walk away, which was very convenient. On the other hand, the room was a bit small. Once we opened two suitcases, there was hardly any space left to move around. It would be even more convenient if there were a luggage rack for suitcases. Since our room was on the second floor, we could hear some traffic noise from outside. Although the hotel is advertised as being a six-minute walk from the station, it felt a little farther during the rainy season.
