Our stay was absolutely perfect! This was by far the best hospitality we have ever experienced. Davide was incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning — he even helped us with our luggage, offered us a scooter for free to explore the area, and prepared the best breakfast every morning. Since we were on our honeymoon, he surprised my wife with flowers and a bottle of wine, which made our stay extra special and unforgettable. The house is in a beautiful location with an amazing view, far from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to everything. Thank you, Davide, for making our honeymoon truly magical! We would rate 11/10 if we could! Highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed here for three nights, and it was without doubt the best hospitality we have ever experienced – bar none. Davide and his sister, Federica, are beautiful people who made our time in Santa Margherita a standout highlight of our European holiday. The property overlooks Santa Margherita, offering postcard-perfect views of the bay. You can enjoy them from the bed (!), the private terrace, or the pool. We spent hours on our terrace with a glass of vino, watching boats roll in and listening to the garden’s gentle sounds. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with modern finishes and every amenity you need. We wanted for nothing during our stay. Davide drove us wherever we needed to go, offered us use of his scooter, recommended the best places to visit and eat, and made sure every booking ran seamlessly - even contacting our private boat tour guide to confirm the details. Breakfast each morning was delicious: fresh fruit, juice, coffee, focaccia, and restaurant-quality eggs and bacon. One evening, we decided to stay in and enjoy the terrace (the view is that good). Without us even asking, Davide told us when dinner would be ready, then surprised us by organising some of the best local pizza along with his family-made limoncello. He delivered it to the minute. You can’t script this kind of hospitality - I was genuinely blown away by his effort and care for his guests. It’s no coincidence Davide has perfect reviews from everyone lucky enough to stay here. I genuinely can’t recommend this experience enough. Davide, Federica - our sincerest thanks. We hope to see you again in the future.

An absolutely perfect spot perched in the hills overlooking Santa Margherita and Portofino. Peaceful setting in private building seperate to the main house, surrounded by beautiful gardens with panoramic views from the windows in front. Lovely terrace with umbrella and sun beds along with table for breakfast in the morning. Best of all is the amazing hospitality from Davide and his family. We felt like we were cared for by a personal family friend. Nothing is too much trouble. Delicious breakfast every morning and Davide even ferried us around in his car and picked us up from the town after dinner etc (it is an energetic walk up steep hillside roads otherwise). Thank you for a perfect stay Davide!

Everything was excellent

Davide was the best host!!! He was very kind and attentive and made sure we were able to stay comfortably 100 percent. He was always available for us via WhatsApp and offered to drive us and back to where we wanted to go as some spots were difficult to get to by car. Breakfast was also amazing. Beautiful room , amazing breakfast , breathtaking view , best host….. Couldn’t ask for more ! Highly highly recommended.

Davide the owner goes above and beyond to be so helpful to make all his guests have an extremely good “WHAW “ stay . This location is definitely a unique tranquil place to find, highly recommended to go here. He has fantastic knowledge of all local gem locations . Beautiful location and views are AMAZING!!!!

Everything about this place was great including Davide the host who went out of his way to make our stay 5 star. He made himself available to take us out to Portofino or anywhere locally during the day or for evening dinner so we could leave the car in his secure parking area in the grounds of the villa. Continental Breakfast was superb served on the terrace overlooking Sta Margarita. I believe it's called Da Higgins after Magnums butler in Hawaii 50. I think Magnum would have got on just perfectly with Davide.!

The entrance to the Villa was difficult to find and perhaps Davide could place a removeable sign on the gate when he has guests staying? The only negative point was the very steep and narrow driveway but Davide went out of his way to ensure that the car came in and went out without any issues. My car is a very wide Bentley Continental so all normal cars going there will not have a problem.
