Location was convenient and the floors/bathrooms were clean on arrival

The wardrobe shelves were dirty so couldn’t put my clothes there. There was no TV and the WiFi was of very poor quality. The pillows were extremely flat.

Great place to stay

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The location is great. The walking distance to the center is 30 minutes or 5 minutes with a tram. The tram station is 3 minutes walking. The place is very quiet. The apartment has private underground parking. I'll definitely stay there in my next Zurich visit.

There was no TV set and kettle in the apartment.

Location was excellent, close to the botanical gardens and the tram/bus stop which made it easy to get in to town. Flat was great.

I think they could do a better job in communique to find the place… its a little hard to find. Drahtzug 16 apt1 means that “drahtzug” is the road, 16 is the block on Drahtzug which is not on the main road but need to go inside… a simple picture in the communique on how to get to the aptcan go a long way to improve the experience and make it a perfect place. Once you identify the place… its very nice and comfortable! worth the trip.

Easy access by tram from the main station

Experience from start to end with the hosts was unprofessional! Number posted in Booking was invalid, they communicate one thing and don't do it (don't follow their communicated processes). They push you to contact them over WhatsApp but are not there. I struggled to see the 'beautiful' and 'boutique' aspect of the property. There was a mouldy like stain on the bathroom ceiling, the terrasse looked like one of an abandoned building, the flat was supposed to be for 6 guests but we had to keep washing cutlery to have enough for 3 people! We were instructed to be quiet, but clearly this did not get communicated to others in the building, who came in drunk and loud at 2am on the Saturday/Sunday morning. The flat is badly equipped and one bedroom only had 1/2 curtains, so not possible to sleep in darkness!

Amazing stay for families/ group of friends

A very spacious apartment, perfect for four of us. Facilities were complete. we cooked in the apartment and all the basic cooking equipments +ingredients were complete (cooking oil, salt, sugar , pepper, pots and pans). Location is also good, only a few trams away from Zurich HB. there was leaking in the floor from the bath tub in one of the toilets but overall it was a great experience. i recommend this for families .

Pleasant apartment, complex checkin process

Staff was very helpful and answered any questions or concerns well in advance. The location is great in a pleasant neighborhood near nice areas of the city. Apartment was spacious.

The demands from the staff to check in was very complex. They also requested information which may be a breach of data protection. In addition they requested a safety deposit of an exhorbitant amount and the final bill was inaccurate. All the requirements to check in were left out and should have been properly disclosed before making a reservation

Quiet and spacious, but a bit dated

Spacious, airy flat with plenty of space and a lovely location / view from the balcony. The area is elegant, green and safe. The flat's kitchen is well equipped and the double bathroom is very useful if sharing with colleagues. Access is easy.

The Wi-Fi is atrocious, we had to use our phone's hotspots. The property is showing its age. There is black mould in the bathroom's shower. There are not enough pillows / towels provided. Worst of all, one of the bedrooms is missing part of the curtains making it impossible to sleep late into the morning.

Family vacation in Zurich

We were within a 30 min walk to restaurants/shops. The apartment was nice & big… plenty of space for my family to spread out. The staff was great with communication.

We had some issues while there… no fault of staff. The oven didn’t work and we had some ants. I’d recommend a TV in the family room… we lucked out with great weather and we were able to do lots of outdoor activities, but if it had rained - a TV would have been nice.

Clean & Comfy

The apartment is clean and comfy. It has all the necessary equipment for household needs. From cooking hob to utensils are there complete set for your perusal. The washroom was clean and tidy as well, towels and personal cleaning like shower gel and hair shampoo were provided as well. Not to mention the customer service was really helpful as well while attending to my requests! All and all I would recommend this apartment to the travellers that comes in group or family. Thank you.

The apartment size; it's near the tram and bus station; the surrounding is relaxant and beautiful

1. The dish washer was not working properly, I communicated with the staff several times as of Saturday 19th to fix it, each time they promise that they will send the team the following day but nobody came despite the several reminders I sent. 2. When we communicate with the staff they are very friendly, but they are not flexible in terms of early check in or late check out even if it's for one hour only. 3. There should be more pillows for each bed (2 instead of one)

Great spacious sunny flat, fully equipped, attentive customer service. Location is perfect, close to the centre, yet quiet and green. Botanical garden which is marvellous is near by. Beds are comfortable.

Great location for a long weekend

Proximity to the city and the tram stop, the apartment is well located for exploring.

There is no TV so the evenings felt quite long as I was with my mother. There is bare minimum furniture which could do with a little updating.

The breakfast is not include. But, there were excellent cooking facilities. The location was near the tram and bus station. It takes only a few minutes to reach Zurich Central Train Station

If you enter the apartment you will feel that you are in a very old building. Because the drawing room is old and it does not look clean. But, the rest of the areas are quite neat and clean.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a few days stay in Zurich, and I'd recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

Location was very good. Seefeld is a very nice upmarket area. Tram stop across the street from apartment. Uber easy to get and also 10 minute walk downhill to lake and 15 min walk to Old Town. There are several very nice restaurants close by. Apartment was very nice - spacious, modern and well equipped. TV would have been nice tho and also perhaps an extra armchair in living room but otherwise would recommend it,

Extremely Disappointed Stay - Demolition going on - Overpriced and Inadequate Accommodation

Location is suitable, but consider the cost of tram for commuting to city center every day.

TLDR: Demolition beside, terrible noisy from 6.30. Trash bag €3 will be charged. No TV. No WiFi with decent speed. (SIM card is used) Furniture bad and cheap quality. Refusal to change towels during my 9-day stay. I recently booked a 9-day stay in Zurich and rented accommodation that turned out to be an absolute disappointment. I paid more than 250 euros per day, expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience, but sadly, my expectations were not met. I encountered several issues that made my stay far from enjoyable. Firstly, the location of the accommodation was unbearably noisy due to an ONGOING DEMOLITION RIGHT BESIDE THE PROPERTY. The constant noise and disruption made it impossible to relax or get any peaceful sleep. This should have been disclosed upfront, as it SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTED THE QUALITY OF MY STAY. I was shocked to learn that the host INSISTED ON CHARGING AN EXTRA 3 EUROS FOR EACH GARBAGE BAG used during my stay. I find this absurd and quite frankly, unacceptable. Basic amenities such as garbage disposal should be included, especially considering the exorbitant daily rate. Overall QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE provided was subpar and seemed cheap, incongruent with the high standard of Zurich. ABSENCE OF AIR-CONDITIONING during the peak summer season was incredibly discomforting. NO TELEVISION in the accommodation. In this day and age, it is baffling to encounter a property without this basic amenity, leaving guests with very limited entertainment options after exploring the city. THE HOST'S REFUSAL TO CHANGE TOWELS DURING MY 9-DAY STAY was completely unwarranted. A simple request for fresh towels should not be an issue, especially when renting for an extended period. The Wi-Fi provided was slow and unreliable, frequently experiencing service disruptions. THERE WAS NO BROADBAND CONNECTION; instead, the accommodation relied solely on a SIM data card in the router. This made it challenging to stay connected and do videocalls with relatives or friends.

They didn't permit to keep luggage even for 1- 2 hours after 11AM which was a big discomfort for us as we checked out at 9 AM whereas our return flight was at 9 PM. To carry the luggage was big issue

The apartment was nice, very big, decently equipped.

I initially booked this place because the description says there is parking. After booking, they tell me there is no parking. I said fine. I looked at the pictures of the apartment I wanted to book (2 bedrooms with a double bed each and a sofa in the living room) and I booked for 3 people. Then, I contacted them to increase the booking to accommodate another person. They confirmed it was fine, it was done, it was updated in their sistem. But then I noticed on my booking, looking at the pictures, that there was a mix of pictures of multiple apartments, one being with a bedroom with a single bed. It was impossible to understand what I booked. So I contacted them to confirm that I booked the right one. They said: yes, the apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds. I arrive there, of course, it was the wrong apartment (the one with a single bed). I contacted them, they replied with a long message that basically explains what happened (you initially booked for 3) and the subtext: "deal with it, you booked for 3". We say fine, because there was a sofa so we had space. However, a set of sheets and towels was missing because they didn't update the booking from 3 to 4. When I asked to provide the extra set, they said they cannot promise anything, they will try. So I said whatever, and asked my friends to bring a set of their own. Imagine that. So they make it impossible to know what you book, then they pick whatever they want, then they can't help you.
