Good stay near Zurich

Clean apartment with modern kitchenware, all required utensils available, quiet to sleep.

Situation with parking nearby is not ideal, few places to park and hard to find.

I would not recommend this place. It does not respect people who rent it.

Location was ok

The real apartment did not matched photos in Booking and was very uncomfortable, small, not cozy. Everything was very shabby, all the curtains were different lengths, sofa was located on the balcony, which they tried to pass off as a second room in the photos. There were only two naggers in the closet and there was nowhere to hand my office clothes

Mostly everything. Very clean and tidy! Coffee :)

Not enough pegs to hang towels for shower. We used the to put in the hangers in the wardrobe. It didn't matter much because we stayed only 1 night. I also wished the sofa was setup as a bed in advance rather than we had to do late night and tired, when it was booked for 3 adults. It would have been a good gesture if it was already set up.

Easy, Clean, Comfortable

They have thought about everything before. It was very clean. They left us some coffee and tea. The bed were super comfort. The washing machine and dishwasher worked well.

Lacks comfort

- location was good - premises were clean and well maintained

- sofa bed was rock hard, not at all comfortable to sleep - window curtains were short in length. Morning sunlight was passing through making sleeping difficult - one of the window curtain was missing, and no one came to address it even after reporting it. Lack of privacy due to this.

Overpriced but nice

Its very clean and very tidy looking. The cleaning lady was very nice. The check-in process was super easy, it was very quiet at night.

Too far away from the city to walk by foot. Too expensive- i understand its quite a nice place, but its Zürich, not London or something : D i think the price needs a little adjustment according to the city its in.

Clean, compact apartment, 10 mins from Zurich centre.

Clean, quiet location, frequent public transport into Zurich, approx 10 mins away. We attended the Women’s Euros and the stadium was just a 25 min walk home after the game.

We have stayed at a few HITrental apartments and this was the smallest. It was adequate, but the shape of the apartment felt like it was all a bit of a squeeze for 3 people. No big deal though.

Perfect apartment in the quiet Triemli neighborhood

A few kilometers from the center of Zurich, the apartments are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We did not use public transportation, but the Triemli tram station is 200 or 300 meters from the apartment. The apartment was clean and almost new, the kitchen was equipped with almost everything needed for breakfast (even 4 coffee capsules). It was not easy to find a parking space, but at least we parked the car in a white-striped parking lot, free on Sundays.

No bread knife in the kitchen.

They sell 2 people rooms as 3 people rooms, don’t care about customers

We booked a room for 3, but one sleeping place was outright horrendous. Absolutely terrible sofa that would make your back hurt, with a hole in the middle of the back right between the shoulders. They also tried to be ChatGPT-like friendly when I approached them with this, but refused to cancel the second night or issue any refunds until I escalated to booking. Triple-check before booking for more than 2 people that your room has a proper sleeping place and don’t expect any sympathy from them. They’re all talk and no actions.

Beautiful modern and clean apt

It was my second stay in zurich, this apartment is a gem, great value for the money it is very bright, it has big windows all around it, very clean, cozy apartment. Bathroom is modern with a big shower. Nice little and well equipped kitchen, it has an oven as well. Bed was very comfortable, nice closet The building felt secure. Found in a quiet area despite being on a little busy street (juts noise of cars passing by) Instruction to acces were clear, didn't need to contact owner/management for anything, I guess if I needed something the cleaning team was there every day to ask.

I stayed in the ground floor apartment and didn’t have a backyard/balcony. Back of the room very dark as no window in that part of the studio.

since we stayed in the top apartment, those inclined wall edges were bit hazardous & restricting the free movement.

The apartment was comfy and cozy. Quiet neighbours which was awesome.

the apartment was top notch and I enjoyed how high end the oven and microwave were. The bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom met my needs. I was very impressed with the living situation.

The only feedback I have for the apartment is that I was pretty annoyed that there was no spatula in the kitchen for cooking. The knives were very, very dull and they really need to be sharpened. It’s slightly dangerous to try and cut vegetables with them.

The location is excellent and I loved the design and facilities of the apartment. It had everything we needed and more to enable us to enjoy a wonderful unforgettable holiday in Zürich! The apartment had access to a laundry room and HITRental team when contacted immediately responded on the phone and where very friendly + knowledgeable.

Decent place & location with all amenities. Grocery store & tram station were 5 minute walk from the place.

Apartment provided was a converted attic which although of decent size had sharp edges & corners at very low heights. Even while being careful, we hit our heads few times. The elevator goes up only to the 3rd floor & we had to drag heavy luggage up & down a narrow circular staircase resulting in personal health issues. Lack of elevator for top floor was not informed to us by management & was major inconvenience.

Everything was good, Just a few small suggestions for improvement:- 1. The kitchen was well equipped however a frypan may be provided for making egg/omelette. 2. The towels need to be bigger and newer. Rest all was good 👍
