Apartment has the potentiel, BUT not at the standard for the moment,

The beds are good size, as the rooms.

Difficut to get to the apartment, direction not very clear when we arrive at the 1st floor ! It took us 20-25 mins to find out ,you need to go outside on the Balcony at the very end left side ! No light working in the kitchen , we arrived at night , so not ideal for cooking ! Cockroach in the bathroom, traumatised experience for my daughter ! Noisy neighbourhoud ! Sounds still at 1am. Warm weather : No AC or Fans ! No TV ! We booked for 2 night - 3 days, But considering the situation, left the same day at 11 am.

Beautiful apartment, had everything needed for a family of 4. Clean sheets and kitchen utensils.

No TV in the apartment. And getting the key was a bit difficult, the whatsapp number was not working and we had to stay outside for about an hour trying to register online and pay the deposit. Parking was a bit difficult (we finally got a 24hr parking about 3mins drive from the apartment). Would have been nice if we had all information beforehand.

Door de hitte in de woning konden we daar niet tot rust komen.

Veel ruimte op een goede locatie.

Het gaat eigenlijk om losse appartementen in een flat, die (tijdelijk) verhuurd worden om leegstand te voorkomen. In ons appartement op de 4e etage ontbrak een waterkoker (werd na enig aandringen gebracht) en ontbraken gordijnen in een slaapkamer, waar de zon ‘‘s ochtends vol op staat. Voor deze gebreken hebben we een tegoedbon gekregen. Het was buiten meer dan 30 graden Celsius en het appartement (bovenste verdieping onder plat dak) heeft geen airco, of ventilator of andere middelen om de temperatuur dragelijk te maken. De informatie om het appartement binnen te komen was gebrekkig en informatie voor het gebruik van voorzieningen (bijvoorbeeld wifi) ontbrak. De inrichting is zeer sober, maar wel functioneel. Communicatie met de verhuurder gaat via de mail, die over het algemeen snel beantwoord wordt.
