really liked the location , the atmosphere , the authentic Spanish Colonial styling . it was good value , a small room but the veranda , the location , the people of Santa Cruz made it an exceptional stay. really lovely place and people .

A good and convenient place to stay on a budget. It was easy to get in (entrance protocol was well explained) and a comfortable, pleasant experience.

I think the name suggests the vibe of this place - „Pensión Casablanca” - it’s oldschool in a cute way. A shared bathroom, a humble room, no tv. Instead you get a perfect location, a beautiful terrace and a very friendly staff. I loved the double room with a balcony - with a view on a quiet street full of trees. Like in a movie!
More kitchen accessories would be needed (plates, cups, cutlery etc.).

The room, facilities and kitchen were all clean and organised.
No window to the outside, only to the corridor. Arrival by codes - all very impersonal. The only people around were cleaning staff.
