    Stayed in a couple of rooms over new year. Reasonable value for the season. Newish hotel, great location, good room. Ok size, good beds, ok bathrooms (although the glass walls might not be for everyone!) Lifts a little overworked. Staff friendly but not enough at breakfast time (they were doing their best but we're just overwhelmed).

    Breakfast is poor. Not good. Food and juices were run out without replacing them. Don't bother to book breakfast with your booking. It's plenty breakfast places in the area.

    We love how close it was to great shopping and restaurant. On the day that we had to leave there were very few available taxis to be found due to the call of a huge cruise ship at Tenerife port. We greatly appreciate how the staff went out of their way to hail a taxi for us. Definitely recommend this hotel!!!😃

    This is centrally located in the heart of Santa Cruz. The balcony room has a view of the houses on the hills and the main road, which is nice. It is in quiet area. The rooms are new and clean. The only thing is they do not give free slippers for their guests (depends) on the room type
