We had a great stay at Barceló Santa Cruz Contemporáneo and would definitely recommend it.
The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Santa Cruz, with everything very accessible and convenient nearby. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds, which were spacious and perfect for resting well after a long day.
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive at all times. We also appreciated the quality and variety of the amenities provided in the room, which made the stay feel even more comfortable.
The only small downside for us was the breakfast. It was not included in our rate and we found the price a bit high compared to other nearby options.

Newly refurbished, modern hotel. We were with 3 kids and got 2 double rooms at the end of the corridor that could be separated with a door thus giving us our own entrance hall and enabling us to leave rooms open.
No parking, nearest parking possibility is cca 200 m away but costs at least EUR 12 per day. Breakfast is expensive, we used the very good paneteria nearby instead.

Location is quite good.
Old, small room. Too expensive for what you get. Roof top terrace basically not used / usable at night.
