Staff was really welcoming and nice. I liked the electronical lock system to enter into property and room so didn't have to carry any keys with me. Room itself is simple but you got all necessary there. City centre and main attractions are walkable from there
It was noisy at times. House is not soundproof and sounds from other guests loud talking/partying, walking stairs etc was well heard into the room which was somewhat disturbing

The staff was very nice and helpful, the location is perfect (can get noisy with traffic), the room was clean although small.
The room on street side was a bit noisy, the breakfast was simple.

The staff, especially Milena, was fantastic—very communicative before our arrival and welcoming when we checked in. She went out of her way to ensure we had gluten-free breakfast options and provided detailed explanations about the hotel.
The small kitchenette area was cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting.
Extremely thin walls. Unfortunately, this made for a terrible night’s sleep. We could hear everything from the neighboring rooms—conversations, TV noise, and even small sounds as if they were happening inside our own room. It was by far the worst night we had during our week in Tenerife. We even tried asking the neighbors to lower their voices, but it didn’t help.
In the morning, I informed Milena about the issue, but I received no response, which was disappointing.
