J'ai beaucoup aimé cet endroit très bien situé à Santa Cruz. J'ai posé ma voiture 2 jours, puisque j'ai séjourné 3 nuits sur place. Carmen est une hôte qui prend soin de ses voyageurs. Elle m'a accueilli tard et a pris le temps de me présenter la pension, mais aussi les choses à voir sur Santa Cruz. La pension est calme, et j'avais aussi la patio pour moi toute seule. La chambre était spacieuse, propre. La salle de bain extérieur à la chambre, et accessible en passant par le patio. J'ai beaucoup aimé cette pension et je la recommande !

Carmen our host was so so hospitable and attentive, we had a couple of lovely chats and she showed us places that we should visit based on our interests. The old building was full of history and charming, the courtyard was lush and beautiful, it had a homely vibe that we thoroughly enjoyed. Bathroom in the courtyard was clean, it’s a wet bathroom but we were completely fine with that, and we basically only shared it with one other person.

The bed could be larger and the room was relatively basic, but the old charm did make up for it. It’s a little far from the bus station and no matter what public transport we’d taken (apart from taxis) we would need to walk 20 mins through some narrow streets to get there, but that’s the nature of the city and worthwhile for a quieter location.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für mich perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß in die Innenstadt zum Besichtigen und Shoppen laufen. Der Hafen liegt noch näher an der Wohnung und ist somit ein schönes Ziel für einen abendlichen Spaziergang. Die Buslinien fahren 2 Parallelstraßen unterhalb vorbei - sehr hilfreich. Der schöne Strand Teresitas liegt recht nahe und der Bus fährt genau bis zum Strand. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und hat gute Ratschläge für Ausflüge, Badeziele, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Auch vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation prima und es wurden Ratschläge für den Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft gegeben. Es wurde mehrfach die Zimmerreinigung und Bettwäschewechsel in den knapp 2 Wochen angeboten. Beim Eintreffen war ein Obstteller sowie Wein und Wasser im Zimmer - alles sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Ich durfte auch meine nassen Badesachen auf der Wäscheleine im Privatbereich der Vermieterin mit aufhängen. Der Innenhof des Hauses, wo sich auch Bad, Küche und Sitzgelegenheiten befinden ist besonders liebevoll und einladend gestaltet. Ich fühlte mich wie in einem botanischen Garten. Ganz herzliches Vergelts Gott liebe Carmen!!!

Heißes Wasser am Aussenspülbecken für den Küchenabwasch wäre schön.
