Good communication with the host. Perfect check-in/ check-out via access code, with no need to actually meet the host and bother them with our late check-in and extremely early check-out. We easily found a parking spot close to the accommodation.
My review is biased by the fact that we only used the room and have not even seen the rest of the facilities, like the kitchen or terrace.
The room was very cold. I understand that one would not invest in a heating system when the island is mostly warm. But, for the colder months, I don't understand why the host would not provide proper blankets. There were 12° C and raining outside, and we only found sheets and very very thin blankets to cover ourselves.
The smell from the sewage, in the bathroom, was really unpleasant.
