All good

-the size of the room, it was quite large, everyone could move freely -lockers with no additional cost, they are just under the beds -windows to the outside to get fresh air -tarrace is big -customizable curtains in bed (you can unpin an pin few centimeters further if you need) -the instructions and guidelines are very clear - how to get there, which bed, which part in refrigerator to use, etc. appreciate -quite few restaurants around, and markets, few minutes walk to port and big Santa Cruz text fountain -20 mins walk from bus station, and even less if you are late and run downwards to the bus station

-the blanket didn't look like it was very clean, at least it was black -idk but maybe i was off season

Super easy to check in. Contacted the company prior due to late arrival and was able to get everything set up before, so I could enter the building at a late hour. The bed had curtains and a lock came with a lock.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything. I really appreciated the kitchen facilities, which allowed me to cook my own food when I got tired of eating outside. The place felt comfortable, clean, and welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable.

Overall, everything was good. However, at times it could be a bit noisy, especially during busy hours. Also, there was no separate washroom for women, which I think would be a helpful improvement for better comfort and privacy.
