Great location, room and staff. We really enjoyed our stay. We left before breakfast started but a packed breakfast was arranged.
The temperature in the room is centrally controlled - I do feel that if I’m paying for the room, I should be able to have it the temperature I want

Great location and great staff. Even I have misplaced my wallet and reported to the hotel after I checked out. The management team reacted very fast to investigate and confirmed that my wallet was not left in my room. I actually misplaced my wallet in my luggage. I have to admire the management and the staff good efforts in attending to customers care.
Everything is good at Icon. I’m sure will stay in this hotel in my next visit to Porto.

Location was good and rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Breakfast is a good selection.
I travel a lot so I was a bit stunned to find 2 water glasses but no kettle or mugs. Fun fact: there is a price list in the room how much it will cost when you keep certain items, one being a kettle.
Returned at 4pm to find the room unmade. After calling reception was being told they are running behind and asked if one was in a hurry. Found that rather condensing and uncalled for. After that we got used to it never being ready if we dropped something off before 5pm.
The main door closes at one point in the early evening and you have to use the card to get in. Several times had to let people in as the guy at reception just ignored them even that he only had to push the button. Well one wrong person can spoil the whole experience as that was the case
