    Location outside was busy but the interior was quiet. Room was like a studio - spacious room with sitting area, tv, kitchenette washing machine. Lovely!! Breakfast was served in your room. But after the first, personally I would have preferred a hot breakfast..Lots of food options around and you shouldn’t miss the interior of the railway station! Stunning! Staff at the reception was very helpful and generous with travel information..showed us how we could walk to the various sites we earmarked! Loved Porto!

    I stayed in a studio for two nights. There are staff at reception all the time unlike an Air B&B and they are super helpful and responsive. My only complain is that during my stay, outside my balcony there are construction work which spoiled the view and with noise during the daytime - not the hotel's fault of course. But otherwise the studio is very good.

    Booked this hotel for the space, balcony and washer. There is no dryer so having space to hang wet laundry was great. However, we thought the balcony would have been nice to sit and chill, but 2-3 times a day the garbage truck comes to clear the massive public bins right below the balcony. When the bins are lifted, all the bacteria and particles fly up to our balcony. So we didn’t use the balcony after all. Location is safe and convenient, burger place downstairs is yummy and there’s also the food court for tourists right behind at the train station. Street gets noisy at night with youngsters hanging out at the burger place, but windows are very very sound proof.

    The hotel is extremely well located right on top of Sao bento Metro station and across from Sao bento Train station which makes commuting very easy. Every staff member we encountered were kind and helpful. There is currently construction works, much like the rest of Porto. It did cause some noise during late morning and throughout. Later in the day, this isn’t an issue! Great amenities for cooking, with a laundry capsule provided as there is a washing machine in your room. There is a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we had some poor drainage in the bathroom resulting in some leaking and dampness on the carpet next to the bathroom during our stay but this was quickly addressed by staff :)
