This house was very interesting and the owners are very nice and diligently restoring/maintaining much of the original character.
There were some minor issues with the coffee appliances (tricky switches) and the refrigerator was not cold enough. Also we were unable to watch TV because the remote control batteries were dead and it was too late to call the owners.
The cafe had very limited offerings, which was disappointing as we had hoped to breakfast there before we left for home.
When we arrived, (after 9 pm) the owners told us that room that was readied for us was not dog friendly but although they made an exception for one night. They moved our room the next night. Clearly there are communication problems between Expedia and this Inn, as we were clear about needing a pet friendly accommodation with Expedia.
That being said, our experience was generally positive and its location to the main attractions in the village is certainly a great selling point.
