This is on the Main Street of a resort town. The rooms are spacious and clean, but heritage style. Good bed. You have to be willing to live with the noise of the live music and restaurant until 10 pm and then the 1:00 am reveller return. Parking is free but on the street.

St Andrew’s is so pretty and quaint. The hotel is nestled on the main road (Water St). Checkin was easy at 3:00 pm. The shower was the only issue we faced during our stay. The temperature was perfect, then it would get scalding hot, adjust and get scalding hot again. It was a torturous shower to say the least.
There is never anyone at the check-in desk and no phone in the room so you are in need of relying on your own phone should you have any inquiries.
I would stay again but only when I make sure that the prices aren’t crazy expensive.

Spent a weekday overnighter here. Right on the main stretch of historical St. Andrews, rooms are clean and well insulated so you can hardly hear noise from the restaurant downstairs or street level (I was on the second floor). Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
