Super great staff, nice, helpful, the hotel itself was well worth it. View was amazing. Main drawback for me was the elevator up to the 13th floor... if you are claustrophobic... might want to rethink this one :). The area around the hotel looked a bit sketchy at first but proved out to be OK. Overall would do it again.

Yes the air conditioning worked. There were good restaurants around that the staff guided us to, but we ate in our room because it was so nice and private and the staff brought in restaurant food for us that we ordered. We were able to walk to the museum and the pyramids were a short taxi ride away. They booked us an expert at Saqqara and he was the best. We also had a juccuzi in our room. GREAT hotel and staff.

Absolutely wonderful. It was the gem to our 2 week stay in Egypt. The staff was all great and went out of their way to help. This would easily be a 4-5 star hotel in America.

The staff and room were wonderful. The area is not one you’d wander around especially at night. However, if you are there for the pyramids and museums, which we were, the location and views can not be beat!!!! We would stay again but use only Uber and NOT a taxi from the airport!!! The hotel booked a legitimate taxi service to return to the Cairo airport and that was wonderful! The service offered at the airport was awful and a scam. Know Giza is a long wat from the airport!
