Location, rooms, staffs and customer sevice are brilliant. The family who runs the hotel are doing a fantastic job. Especially Yuosoff who is a very hardworking young man.
Area around the property is under developed.. The area around the hotel need to be developed further escpecially of its being in tourist destination location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Shower was excellent. Tasty breakfast on balcony with great view of pyramids. Close to Great Egyptian Museum

The communication with the property managers before our trip was excellent and they always replied promptly. We had a free pickup from the airport, which was organised well and a free welcome meal. The property staff were eager to help organise the taxis and tours as well as trying to accommodate our needs.
The view was amazing and outdoor dining area was great.
I found stains on the towels and realised they had already been used by another guest. This didn't seem to bother the hotel staff.
The breakfast was very basic, but served promptly.
The biggest frustration was having to haggle the price of every tour, ride or activity the staff arranged for us. The price first quoted was completly unreasonable and even after haggling we felt like we were being overcharged.
The local shop the staff took us to for our souvenirs was a complete rip off and prices were double what we paid in Khan el Khalili market.
