It's a small but nice place to stay. The owner *** and his team are good. They give you your privacy but are always available to help. Extremely helpful. When my tour was cancelled they booked me an alternative within a short time. A big thanks to the entire team.

The hotel is easy to find and located on a safe street. From the top floor, there is a very nice view of the Giza Pyramids. The building has two accommodations. Compared to the other one, Kemet Boutique Hotel, Suzana Pyramids Inn is less professional in terms of service. For example, we arrived early in the morning at 06:30, but there was no one at the reception. We had to wait about three hours. This was surprising because both the website and the owner state that there is a 24-hour reception. Regarding breakfast, you need to request it first and then they purchase items from a store and bring them to your room. It includes packaged croissants, halva, jam, juice, and yogurt. It is quite basic. In contrast, the other hotel offers rooftop breakfast with a wide variety of options, from omelets and strawberries to coffee and fresh orange juice. The rooms and furniture are new. It felt like we were the first guests staying there. However, because everything seemed new and not fully prepared, we had to request basic items such as toilet paper, internet access and a hair dryer. There was no complimentary water, coffee or tea. Even the internet connection appeared to be newly activated during our stay. Rooms with balconies have glass doors that do not provide good insulation. Because of this, wind and outside noise easily enter the room. Improving the balcony doors would significantly increase guest comfort and overall rating. In summary, considering the price, I recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
