Great experience.

Hi quality coffee every day included. Anti mosquito meshes. Comfortable table and chairs on both terraces. Very nice green areas. Nice location near the city center.

The kitchen door does not close. No night light at the kitchen bed. Bathroom fan switches on together with the light which is very uncomfortable during the night. It would be better to put the drying rack on the sunny terrace.

I recommend this place.

Quiet location, close to Stavros beach, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Comfortable beds. The studio can accommodate 2 adults and a child, with the third bed placed in the kitchenette area, which is separated from the main room by a sliding door. The ground-floor studios have 2 terraces, one at the entrance and the other facing the garden at the back of the building. The property is newly opened (2022). Towels are changed daily and the trash is collected every day. The studio was clean. We received coffee machine capsules every day. There are also a few restaurants within 2km radius, all within walking distance. Upon departure, we received a lovely souvenir from the host consisting of a small bottle of olive oil, tsipouro, and a small jar of honey.

It would be helpul to have a dish rack for the kitchen, a dish drainer for drying the dishes.

The whole appartement is an open space. There is no door and wall that sparete the second floor, so it's noisy if you want to have a nap and your family is downstairs.

The place and experience overall. New, modern, clean, comfortable. Close to city center, at the same time quiet and relaxing. Top 3 of my Greek reservations and stays. Roomy and convenient. All necessary home appliances.

Brand new property, excellent stay

New construction, nice modern architecture, confortable beds and sofas; having a balcony (or a terrase for ground appartments) was a real plus. Nice and friendly hosts, very kind to fill in the stock the capsules for the coffee machhine. The location is on a quiet area, little traffic or at all, not too far from the center of Stavros or the beach, so it's good to walk a bit. I will be back with pleasure to this place.

There is an adjecant area to the building to park the cars, not yet set up; but parking it's easy on the street as there is very little traffic.
