Violeta's Yard

Its actually quite big with a large terrace where you can relax. The place is loaded with all necessary amenities- stoves,washing machine,towels,soaps ,condiments and pretty much anything you need. If there is something missing the hosts are very welcoming and they will answer you questions and requests 😉

Its a bit tricky with the location,because on Google maps its not labeled correctly,but the hosts sent a pic with the correct road and then you can figure it out.

Very spacious, nicely decorated, spotless clean appartment in a secluded, quiet area, yet in a walking distance from the beach. Great balcony, and cosy little yard with barbecue, ideal for morning coffee. Hosts were very welcoming, and very responsive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Violeta's Yard, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Asprovalta. We rented the entire property, including the ground-floor apartment for my mother, who has mobility issues, and the upper floor for the rest of our family. The layout was perfect for us and made everyone feel comfortable. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, thoughtfully designed, and furnished with great taste. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was obvious that every detail had been carefully considered. The terraces are large and inviting, and the beautiful, well-kept garden offers plenty of space to comfortably park our cars without taking away from its charm. We also appreciated the outdoor hot shower, the lovely barbecue gazebo, and the fully equipped kitchen. What impressed us the most was the generosity of the hosts. They provided everything we could possibly need: coffee, cooking oil, paper towels, kitchen sponges, drinking straws, cotton pads, bathroom essentials, and many other useful items. It truly felt like a home rather than a rental. The location is another great advantage. It is close enough to the beach, restaurants, and shops to reach everything within a few minutes, yet far enough away to enjoy peace, quiet, and a relaxing atmosphere. Above all, the hosts are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Their hospitality made our holiday truly special. I am usually a very demanding guest and rarely return to the same place twice, but Violeta's Yard is an exception. We left with beautiful memories and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality and for making us feel so at home. We sincerely hope to see you again next year!

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations.
