Beautyful days by the sea, in Asprovalta

An exceptional accommodation, located near the center and also to the sea. The owners are concerned to satisfy all the requirements of the customers, down to the smallest details. Great location and experiance.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It was clean and nicely arranged. There is private parking in the courtyard of the property. The host was hospitable and very nice for every request. The beach is 3-5 minutes away by walk. We well come back.

This is a perfect accommodation if you are with kids. Perfect location, if you (like us) prefer to go to different beaches every day, large parking, great apartment with 2 large bedrooms, large balcony, a kitchen where you can cook(we didn't), large barbecue area if you are with friends, 1 minute away from Apothecary, 2 minutes away from nearest supermarket, 5 minutes from the town's beach, 5 minutes from the main restaurant/fast food street and main square. And last but not least: the hosts are very charming, friendly and will help you with every request or inquiry. For a family that has visited Greece at least 3 times every year for the past 10 years, we can surely rate our staying in Litsa Haus to be in the top 5! I wish you all a happy holiday.

Wonderful stay

Amazing apartment, location is perfect, it is in the quiet area of Asprovalta, yet 2 min walk from the promenade.Minut away from the beach. Supermarket minut away as well. The room was very clean, the furniture and the bathroom was all new and pleasant. One of the best rooms I ever was in, what you calculate the cost/confort ratio.The backyard is wonderful, with lots of grass, flowers and trees - so there is natural shade. Your car can be parked in that backyard, which is great for protection, as well as you don't ever have to worry about not having parking space or getting a ticket. All in all - great stay, would come back again most definitely.

Beautiful location, near the beach ( that is not crowded at all, clean and warm water in the sea ) . Very clean apartment that has everything you might need for a family vacation. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend it.

Location is great. Shady private parking. Room is equipped with all necessary. Beds are comfortable. Usually I’m not satisfied with pillows but there are a lot of different in the room. It was perfect stay. Super host. I dream to come again. Thank you.

A great vacation in a nice place

Great host who helped with some ideas for nice beaches nearby and good restaurants.. The place has a nice garden with a BBQ and parking space for all guests. The house is near the beach and the center of Asprovalta.

The bathroom had a specific smell which was not that pleasant. There was no mattress for the baby cot but the host helped by finding a solution with some spare blankets. The kids were not allowed to play in the yard around the cars which makes sense but when you are at the BBQ that's the only place they can play and be in sight for the parents.

It is not on the first line, but on the road and is 700-800 meters from the center. The hosts enter the rooms irregularly, in your absence. We lost valuables.

On arrival we were greeted by the host who was very friendly and hospitable, we were welcomed and shown our room, then given refreshing cold drinks. The room/suite was a generous size with everything you would need, aircon, fridge/freezer, cooking hob, kettle utensils etc. TV and good Wifi connection. Secure parking on site was a definite bonus and the outdoor facilities available tempts us back with a group of friends at a later date.

This was definatelly one of the best accomodations we had in Greece. As a family with 2 kids, we had a lot of space to enjoy in the garden or the space in front of appartment with big comfortable chairs and umbrella. The rooms are big enough with comfortable beds and all the appliences you'll need for your stay. There is a private parking in the shade. Wifi is super strong and not losing signal! Air condition device was very good. Location is perfect, 5 minutes from the beach and city center, but still very quiet. Responsivness on Booking messaging and the communication with the owner, Mrs. Maria was outstanding. The hosts were really nice people and we felt welcome. We had issue with TV in the room at the beginning and later with light at our terrace. Everything was solved immediatelly which was a big big plus! Overall, I can highly recommend this accomodation to everyone who plan their stay in Asprovalta. It was a very positive experiance and we brought a nice memories back home. :)

Great for kids! Super clean!

One of the best accomodations ever. The host is super welcoming. The apartments were crazy clean, really, you could eat from the floor. They changes sheets and towels ( blankets included) every 3-4 days. All windows/balcony doors have mosquito nets which is super important. Close to the beach (~300m) and the center (~500m). There is supermarket near by as well as cafes and other shops, pharmacy as well. WiFi was really good in the rooms. The most amazing garden/patio on the front and the back of the house with lots of natural shade, perfect if you have children and prefer not to be on the beach during the hot day hours (12am-4pm). We placed a small pool for the kids there (Madame Litsa welcomed the idea) and they enjoyed playing there every day. The garden is much more beautiful than the photos on the booking.com show. Rooms were large and equiped with everything ( iron, extra blankets, hair dryer, clothes hangers in the closet...). Everything you need for cooking is there as well ( pan, 3 pots, lotsd of glasses,cutlery,plates..., coffee machine, water heater...). There is no washing machine in the apartment, but if needed you can tell Madame Litsa and she will take you to the washing machine in the lower level that you can use when needed! This means a lot especially if you are traveling with small kids :) Thank you for your hospitality Madame Litsa! We will be coming next year for sure!
