Good value

The location is excellent – right at the beginning of the promenade and directly by the beach. The property also has its own beach bar offering sunbeds, parasol, food and drinks at very reasonable prices. We stayed in room number 4, which has been recently renovated. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, everything works well, and the place looks nice.

On the downside, the mattresses are quite hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. The bathroom is small and lacks enough hooks for hanging towels and clothes. There is no dining table in the kitchen area – the only one is on the terrace, which is accessible only through one of the bedrooms. The kitchen could also use some small essentials such as salt, other spices, a dish towel, and a corkscrew.

I like the room, very clean and tidy. Near to the beach and to the city centre. The breakfast is very tasty and the host is a great person.

Clean, fresh air, nice staff. An organised place on the beach for cocktails or coffees. Enough space for paddle boards for those who use it! I strongly recommend it!

Very pleased

The room was clean and located right in front of the beach. There is a beach bar just in front of you and the main street of the city is a few steps away. The terrace is very good, becauuse when it's really hot you can sit and feel relaxed, watch the beach and feel the breeze without feeling hot. I would recommend this place to my friends.

I will start with the owners - great family which gives everything for making your stay unforgettable! It was a real pleasure for us to stay there and to know them!!!! This is the most important for our family- the attitude. As assets we mention the perfect location, the green, calm place, where everything is perfect.No other words - EVERYTHIG IS PERFECT! Wonderful place

Wonderful place - very clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect - just at the beach and at the beginning /or end/ of the main street. There is everything nessesary in the kitchen. I appreciated the net against mosquitoes at the windows and the sun blinds. There are enough parking spaces.

There is an air conditioner only in one room. From time to time there is noicse from the street and it is better to sleep at closed window.

House Kihili - perfect place in Nea Vrasna

Perfect place next to the beach. We were in apartment with beach view. It was really comfortable, clean and it has everything you need. The hosts were friendly and aways willing to help. The house is exactly at the begging of the pedestrian street so it is ideal for night walks and in the same time it is quiet. Walking distance from all restaurants, even to those in Asprovalta. Plenty of perking spaces next to the house. I strongly recommend House Kihili to everyone who want to visit this area.

Walls seems to be a bit thin and sometimes you can hear noises from other rooms.

Terrible overpriced hostel

Customers Beware! Booking.com has to check better the properties they sell. This property shouldn't charge in our opinion these amounts for a million reasons. Difficult to reach - all roads have "not allowed" towards the direction of the place plus no indication/table mentioning the hotel and you arrive at its back which looks like a bombed area. The guy who met us was very nice, but that didn't help the whole situation. the village looks like a village from the 60's and 70's and the property is made the same way. One big apartment was split in 5 and they made these rooms, with "transparent" walls, terrible quality finishingl, and extremely tight quarters - the room fits a bed/2 twin beds put head to head and a small wardrobe - one minuscule tv suspended on a wall. One very low capacity AC for two rooms separated by walls and small doors so the area can't be cooled as the AC is in the living/twin beds area and the normal bed/queen size - terribly hard mattress is in the other room. The bathroom doesn't allow one to sit on the toilet unless they want to support their head on the wall in front of them. The sink is child size and no area to put yr toiletries, except the plastic one at mirror. 2 rusty towel hangers on the opposite wall. The shower has a minimal flow of water/trickle and most of the times is lukewarm as it is used by 5 times the number of people it was designed for. Only one roll of toilet paper. No kitchen towels. Kitchen again only to allow one person to access the fridge placed on the wall or wash someth at the sink and that is all. Poor quality towels and linen, badly washed/badly smelling. One can not sleep on them - we used our beach towel for drying and slept covering our pillows with our clothes.

Excellent location, next to the beach. Generous balcony with frontal sea view. Parking without problems.

The apartment has two rooms with many beds, not being functionally furnished. The bathroom is tiny, the sink looks like it was brought from a trailer, and the only ventilation was a window open to the kitchen, which is located in the entrance hall and is equipped with basic equipment.

Large terraces with sea views equipped with automatically operated shades, rooms are perfectly adequate in size (unlike the bathroom/toilet which is uncomfortable).

It was a bit noisy, especially when the local teenagers were drifting on their motorbikes in the middle of the night close to the house. Kitchen utensils were not in good condition, there were unwashed cutlery.

The Perfect Peaceful Holiday Break

The Hotel is situated directly on the beach with slenty of parking spaces directly in front of the Hotel. The beach is within 5 meters of the Hotel an therefore very convienient. The beach is a mix of sand and Gravel stones but all in all very nice. In the water is sand but it becomes very deep very quickly once you are in the water. We had a ground floor corner apartment with a very big Terrace which was easily big enough for 4 Persons. We enjoyed the nice view and the sunrise in the mornings. The Host Christos and his whole family were very friendly and helpful to assist for any needs. Christos colleted us on his scooter to show us the way to the Hotel when we arrived. The Aparment was Fantastic, very clean and newly renovated, the Kitchen was big and all new, including a full size fridge with a big freezer compartment, the bathroom was very big and had a very big shower with cutain, everything just as in the Photos, just the matress could be a little harder and the cupboard in the bedroom was a little small but that wasn't any problem at all. We were given new clean towels and bed linen and toilet paper when ever we asked for them, as this was th concept because of Corona, we didn't ask for the apartment to be cleaned during our stay as it wasn't nesesary as there was a brush and pan provided on the balcony so that we could sweep up and sand or gravel which we brought in rom the beach. Christos even gave me his Beach Umbreller to use on the beach as we forgot to bring our own. We would highly recomend this apartment Hotel to either couples such as us or families with children as the apartments are really cosy, clean and well maintained, also directly on the beachfront. The next town of Aprovalta with many shops and nice seaside taverns and restuarants can be easily reched via a 15 Min walk along the seafront promenade. We would highly recomend that, as we went there every evening, also sometimes by car. All in All Fantastic, Many Thanks Christos!

The only one thing I can think off is that street name as shown on Booking.com could not be found via the cars Navigation. (Chistos I would change it to the real name of the road which you need to enter, on google maps it's in Greek r.Pitoou not Paraliaki, this would make it easier to find) Everything else was fantastic so there is nothing to complain. Maybe it would be a good idea for the Hotel to provide some of their own Sun Beds and Umbrellas for Free and put up the Daily price of the Apartment by lets say 3 Euro a day to cover for their costs and to note this on the booking.com page so that Guests would know that this service is provided (Christos think about this, as it's an additional service which I'm very sure it would be much appreciated by most guests)
