Modern House Close to the Sea Asprovalta

L’appartement est grand et bien équipé. Les 2 chambres sont grandes. La terrasse et la place de parking sont très confortables.

On aurait adorer une bouteille d’eau au frais en arrivant 😊.

The apartment is one of the nicest locations near Asprovalta. Very near the city centre and the beach, but away from all the fuss and noise that the city centre brings. The ground floor room was used by our children, whilst the top floor by us - the parents. The kitchen is nicely equipped, altough I would love if we had a microwave too. Other than that, nicely equipped, relatively new too. The terrace has a nice space, although it can be tight. Infront of the apartment - there's also enough space for your car too. It's basically just 2 minutes away from the seaside. I'd still recommend the apartment, it's very nice, at very quiet area of Asprovalta and great value for the money.

Few things that perhaps the apartment owner doesn't have influence on. The home next door has a yard with an apricot and a fig tree - both of which were ripening at the time, falling and rottening on the ground instead of being picked - releasing quite an unpleasant smell at high daytime temperatures, figs especially. Another is that just around the corner a new small apartment building was being constructed - not a lot of noise, but it was loud at some times. All of this is just so you're aware as guests - the first one is especially easy solveable by homeowners.

Тиха улица , но в същото време достатъчно близо до самият център . Близо до плажа . Паркомясто и много чисто и уютно . Нищо не ни липсваше. Прекарахме една прекрасна почивка.Задължително ще се върнем отново.
