A very good place to stay if you need location at a decent price.

The location was very good. Literally 1 minute away from beach or center / main street. The communication with the owner was perfect. The available yard is definitely a plus. Overall a good place to stay at a decent price taking into consideration the location!

Parking might be a challenge but not a big issue. On the main street which is literally 1 minute away there are plenty of free spots.

We will be back

I stayed for the third time in the centrally located apartment near the beach. Parking is on the side streets. The communication with the owner was ok, and Eleni, who manages the apartment, is a wonderful woman, very helpful and prompt, who keeps it perfectly clean. The beds are comfortable, the linen and towels clean. The living room is large and the kitchen is equipped with everything. The apartment also has two large balconies. I recommend with all my heart!

Excellent stay in Asprovalta

Excellent accommodation in Asprovalta for a group of 6. Clean, new facilities and appliances, ok beads, close to sea, markets, shops, restaurants. Responsive host, excellent concierge Eleni.

Internet could be better and one room has a window to the corridor, so no fresh air and low light (there is air conditioner though). We stayed at app. nr. 3.

The apartment is 2 mins walk to shops and restaurants however at the same time it is located in a quiet spot so nights can be very restful and away from hustle and bustle. The property is well equipped and has all you may require during your stay. It’s cosy and comfortable but above all it is super clean.

Comfortable apartment near the beach

Very cozy apartment in Asprovalta, just like in the photos. The location was excellent: close to the beach (less than 2 min), the restaurants, cafes and small gift shops. There was a large supermarket maybe 10 minutes slow walking distance. The location was very quiet and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed. Also the host was very friendly and helpful and she provided us any extra information we asked for. The terrace was spacious enough and great for serving a coffee outside in the morning. Everything was nice, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

There could have been small salt and pepper grinders and some sugar left in the kitchen so tourists can season a breakfast and sweeten their coffee in the morning.

The apartment was spacious with big rooms. The yard was also big. It's near to the beach and to the downtown.

The sheets and the towels have not been changed not for once for the entire stay. Only one piece of toilet paper has been provided for the whole period.

Beautiful and cozy apartment. It was clean and comfortable with two big terraces. Very good location near to the centre of the village and the beach (200m). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Odmor i uživanje na max.

Odlican smestaj, poseduje sve sto je potrebno za duzi biravak Veliki pozdrav za divnu Elenu koja nas se docekala i ispratila kao da se znamo godinama. Uvek je bila na raspolaganju. Sjajna zena i ogroman pozdrav iz BGa i Le.

Lokacija je fenomenalna,ali je problem parking koji je i u septembru ogranicen. Smestaj je na 1 spratu,ima dve velike terase,posebno 2 sobe,dn.soba i trpezarija sa kuhinjom-dakle ceo stan,sve je cisto,kupatilo novije,kreveti udobni. Domacica je u zgradi pa je pri ruci ako nesto treba.Brzo uspostavljen kontakt,self check je lak.Sve je na par minuta hoda,prodavnice,plaze,pekare,restorani... Posteljina/peskiri na 5 dana Nije moderan smestaj,ali sasvim udoban i komforan Jako dobar odnos cene i onoga sto dobijete!

Zavesa u kupatilu nema,ali to izgleda nema nigde u Grckoj😁 i nema nista od osnovnih stvari kad stignete,odmah u prodavnicu😁 Bilo bi lepo da ostavljaju malo kafe,soli,secera...Nije neka stavka,a lep gest😉 Soba do ulice je na suncanoj strani,ume da bude malo zagusljivo,mada ima velika klima u dn.sobi,koja odlicno radi,ali joj treba malo vremena dok stigne vazduh do sobe,mozda bi trebao neki plafonski ventilator Sve u svemu nikakve velike zamerke👍
