Jedina primedba je na frižideru koji ili loše radi ili ne znam u čemu je problem, ali nam nije pokvario utisak.

- conditiile de cazare foarte bune - ⁠presiunea la apa de la dus foarte buna - ⁠exceptand mici lipsuri in bucatarie (polonic, microunde, eventual o tigaie) cazarea a avut toate cele necesare - ⁠aerele conditionate functionale - ⁠curat - ⁠disponibilitate din partea gazdei pentru curatenie si schimb de prosoape - ⁠acces la mare rapid - ⁠zona buna - ⁠acces rapid la restaurante si taverne bune - ⁠locuri de joaca pentru copii foarte aproape
Nu tine neaparat de proprietate, dar singurul minus a fost faptul ca tomberoanele stradale erau situate in fata cladirii, iar gunoierii le goleau in fiecare noapte la ora 3-4 a.m. cu o galagie infernala, care se auzea si din interior.
