Lovely spacious apartment. We were fortunate enough to have a sea view in the distance. Great location. Walkable to beach and town. Good size rooms. Was able to park hire care in car park outside of property. Might be difficult later in the season. Good size pool although, we did not use. Washing machine and a clothes airer in property. Small balcony with table and chairs. Friendly staff at key collection which was easy to find in Praia de Rocha.
Coffee and dining table were sticky when we arrived. We just gave them a wipe. Tables and sofa and dresser in bedroom could do with replacing as paint worn. Still perfectly useable. Balcony had bird poo near air conditioning unit which needed a clean. Probably fallen from birds nest above.

The key collection not good and I couldn’t see why we couldn’t have left the key in apartment when leaving we had to go out of are way to return cleaning and drying clothes could be left out

A lovely apartment at a great price.
Well equipped and spacious and everything you need for a self catering break. In a lovely spot in the centre of Alvor and close to everything.
Problems with a water leak into the bedroom, through the ceiling. We were offered another room in a different resort but we wanted to stay in Alvor. We felt that we should have been offered an alternative in the same resort.
I must stress that this didn't spoil our trip but my partner had to sleep on a pull out bed in the front room as she was too close to the damp/wet area in the bedroom.
